AAA is my score for this facility. The office or on line has always been very accommodating. I was going to move my storage to another Cube Smart. Both offices where Very accommodating We all know life can be filled with unexpected turns.. Cube Smart is always there no matter what my need in storage has been. If you need to store your items. I highly recommend Cube Smart. I am very particular in my business dealings. Also when it comes to my personal goods. You won't be disappointed if you choose "Cube Smart" Happy Moving -

Tichina was extremely helpful, friendly and professional when I came to rent a cube. It was an easy process to get started and I was able to move in that day. She gave me a tour and showed me all the features of the building. I feel my storage is in a safe, secure place. The building is pretty clean but the hallways are a little dusty. I highly recommend!

Tichina was great in explaining all the information and details I need to know about my storage unit. She was very kind, professional and made me feel very comfortable. She even showed me how to use and operate the elevator, like hands on training. I admired the fact that she knew what she was talking about.

So far I had no problem with the storage facility or its personnel. Every time I am coming down there everybody is helpful and friendly. Sometimes when my card does not work stuff is always patient and understanding.

Tichina, was great, explained every detail , good or bad.and walked you through the whole process. They have good internet pricing but it only last 6 months, I do not agree with this at all. also they try to sell insurance for your space , and will not rent without it. So make sure you bring your home owners policy.

Management was top notch. The facility was close to where I work, so I could check on the cube anytime. When my time to move out came around there was no pressure to hold out. Tours of the facility by management was done regularly, which I appreciated. Rick

This was the first time I've ever needed to rent a storage unit. The ladies in the office at Sherman Avenue are a true example of what customer service should be. Access was easy, facility is clean & well lit. Rates were good. If I need to ever do this again, Cubesmart will be my first choice.

The initial approach was simple and very professional. The location and access to the unit is also very good. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and supportive. The facilities are clean. The subject I find that can be improved is the size of the elevator. It is extremely small and you can't fit two carts fully loaded. It is also very, very slow. But, nothing is perfect. Price wise I wish they have the same price for the same size unit in the state I'm moving to. Over there is double the price. I have to say goodbye to my storage company.

This is the 2nd year I have rented a storage unit at the Hamden, CT facility. They are always so helpful and I love how easy the entire process is. This year I reserved my unit online and I just had to show up with my lock and sign a few papers, pay and I was on my way to my unit.

She was very helpful with the whole process. Made everything clear and overall a very nice girl.

Managed perfectly. The people are pleasantly professional, the grounds and buildings are well maintained, units are clean, Property and Units are secured.

Staff really courteous and could relate to parents. College move-out drama, so I got unit in Hamden, CT for daughter to store her and roomie's stuff. Quick to register get the unit and get out under 90 mins. Was able to relax over lunch sooner than I thought. Need more recycle garbage cans.
