I downsized from a different storage facility located near my job to a Cube Smart in my neighborhood. The online leasing process was simple, convenient and @ a very reasonable monthly rate - 20% less than my previous facility. I dealt with Reggie - he was very personable, took me on a tour of the facility and walked me through finalizing the lease process. I moved in last weekend and that too was easy peasy! The facility is clean, elevators are roomy, plenty of flat beds to assist in carting your stuff - everything seems well maintained. I haven't been there long, hence the 4 star rating - but so far so good!

This location is a bit far, but well worth the drive. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Facility is clean and easy to access, they also have Dolly’s available for customer convenience.

Personnel is very friendly and knew exactly size of cube that i needed, cubes are very clean and airy.

We were moving locally with a period of over a month between leaving our old house and occupying the new one. Most of our possessions were put in storage by our moving company, but for various items we wanted to handle ourselves or have access to in between, we needed a storage unit. CubeSmart was the ideal choice. The staff, the facility, and the location were way above expectations. We strongly recommend them to anyone!

From the moment I walked into the facility and met Reggie and Jose, I felt very confident and ready to move our belongings into this location. It was very clean and convenient to move our items into the building. It is never easy to move but the moving carts, the location of the elevators and location of our storage locker made moving day less painful.....not to mention the price of the locker. I would highly recommend this location!

1. Excellent storage facility in the Johns Creek area. 2. Excellent service personnel. 3. If a customer is renting multiple storage units, better discounts need to be offered. 4. Once a customer returns a storage unit, she/he is stuck with the purchased lock. 5. When I received my final statement for two of the three storage spaces that I released, the company did not return/refund the credit balance. That is bad/unethical practice. 6. Customers should have an option to pay online without incurring transaction costs.

I really liked the facility and convenience. It was very clean and well lit. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The only suggestion that I have for people who do rent for the first time is: Rent the storage facility the day before you rent any kind of transportation. It took a while for the store manager to register and show us the storage available. The unit the manager showed us was much bigger and cost more than what we originally picked online. There was some back and forth between us and the manager on what we want and I ended up getting a bigger unit which cost more as I was running low on time. Also since I was renting a truck by the hour (from Lowes), I ended up paying more for the truck than I budgeted.

The manager, Reggie, was very helpful when determining the proper unit size and made the check-in process easy.

Would use them again in a heartbeat. Overall we had a very good experience having our belongings at this location. The only thing that was a slight concern is the second security sliding doors to get into where the units are would be jammed open by other customers who would have broken the door’s ability to automatically close. However, the main door to get in would always be secured. Usually within less than 24 hours the jam to door would be fixed and would operate properly.

Stephanie was AWESOME! She went over everything with us and answered all of our questions. Gave us a tour of the facility and let us know how everything works. Glad I chose this location! (:

Easy to start rental, clean and convenient, easy to end rental when I no longer needed extra space.

Customer service when purchasing the unit was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is new so it looks great and having the garage type of area to unload/load up is very convenient and a great feature. I would highly recommend.
