I had 2 units at Uhaul and they were awful. The service was spotty. It was supposed to be climate controlled and was an inside unit; however, we had a rodent infestation. Someone cut our lock and stole our TV. The people at Uhaul never told us, we had to figure it out ourselves and it took us 2 months to get compensation. We took out insurance on both units. They only recorded insurance on one of the units, then cancelled our contract, reissued it both without telling us and never put the insurance on the new contract; which we never signed. At the end of the day, we received financial compensation after they denied our claim and we appealed, but the process was ridiculous. CubeSmart has been the exact opposite of that experience...and cheaper too boot.

So happy i moved my storage unit to this location. Luis was beyond nice and helpful!!! He made a nightmare of a situation a breeze!!! A total difference from the other company i rented from.

Great facility. Solid pricing. The staff has made my renting perfect though. They are attentive and always present if you need them. They do a great job making the transition into storage a breeze.

The Manager was wonderful, a young big Latin gentleman was very genuine and nice. He explained everything that I needed to know about the facility and walked me through the place. He took his time to make me feel comfortable and that I was making the right choice. My apologies, I do not remember the name of the gentleman.

Late fees are a bit excessive and down right annoying, but thankfully, the manager’s sense of customer service makes up for this shortfall.

Great facility, great staff, clean space, felt safe, like the fact there is a truck for rental! Just an easy move!!

Luis us amazing!! Hes so helpful, worked with me and even made me coffee. I have never had such a amazing experience before with any moving experience. If only there were more Luis out there!! The other guy I forgot his name ( sorry) was very nice and answered all my questions even though I seemed like a crazy person I'm sure. My day started out horrible with a emergency and a break in and both of the guys there calmed me down and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you for restoring my hope in humanity guys!! You rock!!

From the minute that I walked through the door, Luis was professional, knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely helpful. The building is new, clean and easy to access. Moving is stressful but thanks to the efficiency, professionalism and genuine care that Luis provided, my move was easier than expected. I highly recommend this location.

2 minutes from my home I found this newly built storage, paying for a 10x5 about the same I pay for a 5x5 elsewhere. Building is elevated from the ground, safe from flooding which may occur more easily in this area.

Luis and Johnny gave me the red carpet treatment. Luis took the time to explain the rules, show the unit, and explain how to access unit after hours. The facilities are very clean. It looks like it just opened. I love the convenient hours to access my unit 6am to 10pm, and the extra security measures taken, such as all the units are indoors and I only have access to my floor.

As for the facility, easy access and good variety of storage choices. Best thing is the manual ladder other places have you do not, wish are a real inconvenience.
