The facility is in excellent shape. I liked that I completed the entire process of renting a storage room on line, with no need to enter the office.

The units are very clean and well maintained, I am confident in the site’s security measures, and the flexibility to access my unit after hours has been immeasurably important to me. We haven't used a storage facility in years, but I must say that CubesSmart has been a good experience. The ease of access to the unit, online payments and responsiveness of the staff has been great.

Found this location by visiting the location on Hwy 70, but they did not have any outside storage units. That gentleman was nice enough to look in the system to find an outside storage unit, and directed me to this location. The unit was still available and I was able to lease the unit with no problem. Everything was explained to me and we made sure my code worked before I left. Haven’t moved anything in yet, but so far I am satisfied with my experience.

Online booking was convenient, customer service was great, the property, building, and unit were clean, and cameras were in abundance. It was just what I wanted for my storage needs.

This space is perfect proximately to our office and easy to access. The people are friendly and the space is clean and secure. Love it!

We recently rented one of the units which is close to our workplace and it's a great place. very clean.

It was easy to setup an storage with CubeSmart. Very helpful staff and great facility! The unit we're leasing is much larger than anticipated but a great surprise as we have other office things to store and be able to access at any time without having to move stuff around. Thanks to the staff for their helpfulness and great customer service!

Amanda, the manager of the facility is such a wonderful person. She is so easy to talk to and makes it so smooth, you forget that you are being serviced. I will recommend my friends to this facility, just because of her warm nature.

Excellent manager and staff! The facility is clean and very secure.

But rent of the unit went up after 3 months so we went to another storage facility that gave us a better deal.

Cubesmart is excellent. The storage units are clean. I especially like the indoor climate controlled units. The best part is the customer service. Carol went above and beyond to help us and to make our move as comfortable as possible. She’s so friendly and welcoming, I will never go to another storage facility.

I am a traveling contractor who was currently located in L.A, Ca and my things needed to be moved from my Durham, NC home into my storage in less than 3 weeks and I wasn’t able to aid in the process of moving. Carolyn(An employee at the Morresville, NC store) went the extra mile by giving me reccomendations and collaborting with the team I had put together and updating me along the way. CubeSmart is an excellent facility with clean, well-managed units. The customer service and attention to detail is 1st Class. I wouldn't store my possessions anywhere else! If you're moving and need temporary storage for any length of time or just want extra room, this is the place! They even have a truck you can use! Visit one and you'll decide to use them too!!

Friendly staff they tell you exactly how much the charges will be upfront also they have a small rental truck which was very useful

CubeSmart was literally the first stop that I made with a U-Haul as I arrived into town without even having a place to live. The staff was very friendly and not only got me set up with storage, helped me with valuable local information. Also, the truck was a huge benefit as I was gradually moving stuff out of storage. I will definitely go back when I need storage services.
