Daisy is very helpful and provided me with great customer service. She was also able to show me more than one option that would meet my needs. The facility is clean, quiet and concerto my location.

Lots of size options, two entrances, the staff is pleasant and works with you, usually plenty of carts available for loading, always great deals online, clean and safe! Overall 5 stars. I've used this company at many different locations for business and personal and never had an issue.

Nick did a gr8 job in showing me the options of where to store my stuff. The only thing that I don't like about Cube Smart is that I pay some fee for insurance that I do NOT need. Why not tell me up front??? That is not right in a negotiation, contract situation.

The staff was extremely helpful. Maritza and her trainee were very accommodating and made my experience extremely easy. The facility was very nice being that it is a new place it was clean and updated which i really enjoyed about it. I needed a storage unit and was able to get what i wanted that day and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this self storage facility any time.

My only issue is the fee to pay online I think there shouldn't be a fee to pay

As a first time storage customer I was happy with the service and cleanliness of the place and staff! I do wish they had security cameras in the hallways.

In addition to the helpful staff, the facility is clean and well maintained. Only wish would be to have extended access hours, my facility closed at 9pm. Not a complete deal breaker but extra hours would be nice.

I was really impressed with the locking garage for after hour access. I sell jewelry at art fairs and need to drop off the booth after a show. It feels very safe, well lit and easy to get in and out. I was looking forward to using this new storage facility. Unfortunately, our circumstances have changed and we are moving out of the area. Thanks for everything!
