The girls are awesome! The space is clean...and easy access!

I have had only pleasant experiences so far. The manager is really nice and helpful. The storage space is pretty spacious and the price is great for that size. It is all air conditioned and the dollies don't require signing in and out. Would rent from this local again. Happy Holidays!!

This is the 1st time I've ever rented a storage unit, & it was amazingly easy! The customer service was great & if I had questions, they were ready to answer them. Even though I had only 1 item to store, I was given an upgrade, which could come in handy. This was also the 1st place I called.

Excellent self storage facility. I have to use this facility for storage purposes three different times and my experience is always the same… Easy and friendly service, clean facility and helpful staff. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Great place, great people. Very clean! Very convenient! Moved out due to damage to building from Hurricane Michael. My only issue with that was the lack of communication around having to move out. I visited the location in early November. No one told me I had to be out by end of month. When I got home, I had a letter from CubeSmart telling me I had to be out by end of November. I was not told there may be some availability on lower floors. I understand a hurricane is a major thing that does not happen often. So I am not upset. I’m looking forward to the location being open again so I can move my belongings back in.

The help and service was exceptional, and when a problem occurred in the storage area, it was quickly taken care of. I would recommend your storage to anyone!

The only reason we moved out is due to damage to the building in Hurricane Michael. Otherwise we'd still be there. Hoping we can get back after the repairs.

I am very impressed with the over all facility. I feel safe when visiting, and that my belongings are as well!

Jim is the best He remembers his customers when we come to our unit. He is charity conscious. He is involved with his church. We feel welcome there. I know my unit is safe. He patrols. The best storage facility in town . When we first moved to PC we went with another facility. Someone broke in over the holidays. We lost everything. No security features at that unit. We found CubeSmart and Jim and the rest is history!!!

Regina and Mr. Jim are by far the most professional individuals I’ve encountered since moving to Panama City. These two have customer service down packed. The facility is nice and clean. Love the security measures that are in place. ** Thanks CubeSmart**

This Location is very clean and Security is better than anywhere else I've used, but . . . . . . 24-hour Access would be a big Plus for me. I (and a lot of people) work nights. In order to access my Storage Unit I have to give up sleep.
