I was really amazed at how big the storage was, once I saw it! It was very affordable. The staff was great about answering all my questions and concerns. I recommend this storange to anyone who wants the best for their bucks!

Starting with my initial call to moving my stuff into the unit - the whole process was really easy. Aaron was very helpful and the facility is clean, well lit and the carts are great - if you can get one. My only issue is the number of carts - someone had all three carts when we were went back with a second load of stuff and we could not find the 4th cart.

To ice the cake this location has a big moving truck that you can utilize for your move for Free!!! Just add the gas to 1/4 tank and return the truck when you're done. When my wife and I were getting the unit, we were offered several options. Viewing the units before making a decision made a huge difference. Access to the storage area is covered! It is so easy to get everything out of the truck and into the unit using the carts supplied by CubeSmart.

Facility was extremely nice and very clean. Customer service was excellent and we could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.

Not only was the facility, clean, safe, secure and affordable, but the service impeccable. I always felt like a valued customer. And any requests were promptly handled.

We moved our belongings into this facility due to a mold and security issue with another facility. The staff was wonderful and entertained our little children while I worked. It is climate controlled so the mold issue disappeared and everything was very clean.

(*We are NOT moving out. We are just getting moved in!) We need some storage for a couple of months until we can sell some items we inherited. This place is walking distance to our house, so we checked it out. We loved the first month free offering, and the fact that there are no gates to deal with. We also like that everything is in one building with lots of lighting and cameras everywhere for security. Aaron and Marisha are both super helpful anytime we need anything. They will drop what they are doing to show storage units, and have even worked with us when we needed to change a room size even after we already set up our accounts. We highly recommend this facility to anyone living in the Brier Creek area.
