My storage was due but I wasn’t able to make it into the office. I was told by my office personnel that I had the option to set up an account and pay online. Sounds simple right? Well I’m not technologically advanced and I couldn’t set my account up no matter how hard I tried. The wonderful guy online not only gave me the steps to set up my account but actually set the account up for me. Thank God for Cubesmart and ALL of their employees.

Facility is clean, reasonably priced and very secure.

Carlos was amazing to work with. He was able to walk me through all of the safety features, review the storage facility, and also ensure I have the correct size unit and coverage. What a quality employee who truly cares about the customer! Give this man a bonus!

Needed storage to assist in my move. There are a lot of options in downtown Raleigh area; however, the service provided by Carrie, the manager, made it an easy choice. She is such a pleasure and knowledgeable in getting you into the right size unit. The units are clean, great condition and easy to access. Having street entry on most floors from the outside is such a wonderful feature. Thanks again for being a part of making my moving experience less painful.
