Clean, safe, overall great storage place! 10/10!!!

So happy with my decision to store stuff here, while we were moving! Tina and Nicole have been so great and exude customer service. So helpful and welcoming!

Helpful staff, climate controlled, safe. Love that there are dollies to move your items and I don't have to carry my things. Also love the app.

I made the reservation on line (no fee), and recieved a confirmation call the next day. When I spoke to site manager she explained the insurance and one time management fee and asked if I needed to ourchase one of their locks-I knew all I would be doing upon my arrival. When I showed up I was greeted, got a tour and great instructions and registered all in about a half hour. The site was easy to find and super clean inside! I think this is the start of a wonderful relationship.

Tina was very thorough and helpful in getting me set up with our storage unit. The facility is incredibly clean and accessible.

Easy process to move in day of, plenty of carts to help move things in. Recommend if using movers to check that truck fits in driveway (ours didn’t).

Tina was awesome. She made the registration process quick and simple. Such a sweet lady and takes her job seriously. Her work ethic is impeccable. Thank you Tina for making my first storage rental experience smooth. This place is super clean, staff is super friendly, and love that they have carts to make it super easy to move your things in. What I thought would be a whole day move turned out to be a 3hr move and was really happy with my experience. Once again, Tina was so much help. Thank you!

Answered all my questions that I had. Super friendly. Tina even opened the door for me when I walked in and made me feel really welcome. They even catered to my need of wanting my storage unit on the second floor. Tina took her time to show me around. Nice elevators that are medically certified. Huge carts to help me bring in all my bins and the parking garage is nice too. I felt safe and secure here.

If you need a good place for storage then cubesmart is the place to go. I love how friendly and professional they are, as well as giving excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

This was the first time I've ever used a storage facility. This place is GREAT!!! Its easy to access, I was able to back my truck right in to the dock and there were plenty of carts available. The hours are reasonable and I like that it's temperature controlled. Very clean as it's a new facility. But I think the greatest part was the customer service, the gals in the office are personable, knowledgeable, and ready to help in any way they can. They run a fantastic facility!

Best storage we've ever used. Very nice, nicer than most people's houses.

Manger Tina was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed for the storage unit I was renting. She answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the place and a map of how to get to my storage. She took me to my unit and was very surprised to see how clean and fresh smelling it was. There were enough cameras throughout the facility that could secure the building successfully. The 2 elevators were large enough to move things in and out without a problem. The facility had plenty of moving carts and a choice of 2 sizes to pick from. The building had 2 public bathrooms, which I was surprised to see. I love the idea of having a climate control facility that protects the things I store and it makes it comfortable when I am visiting my unit. I was drawn to this storage facility because of the rental price. It is also easy to travel to because it is on a bus line when I do not have a car available. I gave a 5 star rating because this was the best I have ever seen!!!

It's not too close to my place of residence, but it is decent. It is difficult to gain access at times.

Personable, friendly customer service. Tina & Nichole explain everything well, offer a tour and also reminders to ensure your unit is actually locked. The indoor bays are convenient for Wisconsin's unpredictable weather. And the Uboats are indispensable for moving multiple and/or heavy items; particularly if you don't have a lot of manpower with you. The facility is well-lit and secure. Very pleased.

Great building, always very clean, always has cookies and coffee in the lobby. Customer service is almost always on point. I believe their names are Brian and David maybe, but they've always given me excellent customer service, always polite and smiling, asking if I need anything. Only complaint I have is with the Manager Tina. She's usually polite, but she's got kind of a stuck up undertone to it. And when I switched to a smaller unit, she told me it would be $99/month, then when I went to pay my bill the next month I was told the price for that unit is $102. And I switched the same day she gave me that price, $99 is what I agreed to. She also told me I was getting a $16 credit when they were actually taking $16 out of my credits. Now, maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part but she at least needs to be more clear on what she's telling me then because I feel duped.

The storage units are clean, the facility is very clean and bright too, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

West Allis location is great. Mrs Drinka was amazing. Each time we went in we were having a tough day. However our visit was entertaining and we had cookies. Thank you

I've never had any issues with staff or accessibility to my unit. Easy bill payments as well

I was very happy with the service I received in the beginning. The only issue I had is when I moved out the employee that I spoke to was supposed to close out my account and 2 days later I had someone call from there asking if I moved out. I thought that was strange when I was told everything was checked out.

This was picked for convenience of location however I would rent again if needed. Staff was friendly .I would suggest more furniture dollies since orhers were waiting foe one on a busy day.

I was wondering what this vacant building was becoming...JUST SOMETHING GOOD!! It opened this week and I wanted to take advantage of the monthly discount and free month deal as well as first pick of the units. From the tour its very secure, well lit and easily accessible. A large selection of unit sizes to choose from and I love the flexibility of renting month to month. Brian is awesome...friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. A definite recommend, Thank You!
