Great location and options while waiting g for my forever home.

Cube Smart was an excellent place to store my personal belongings. The property was well kept and the spaces were clean. It certainly helped to have a great store manager, Johnnye assisting us with our selection and move. Her customer service was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and she made our move a little less stressful.

I have stored my things at your location in Lanham for four years. My brother and I put our stuff in the storage at the same time. He had to take his things out because his IPADs and television sets were stolen. I stayed and I am glad I did. I am grateful to have a manager like Johnnye who takes care of the building as if it were hers. She deserves a raise because of her customer service.

I'm pleased that I selected CubeSmart to store my office equipment. The area space is neat and clean.

9641 Annapolis Road, Lanham, MD 20706 CubeSmart storage facility has proven to be a positive experience for me these four years after the death of my Mother. I stored her furniture in hope of placing the items on consignment. The outside unit showed evidence of mice droppings even though I had placed decon rat bate in the unit. There was not visible damage to the furniture. The staff were professional and attentive to the storage unit security. The suggestions I would make is to place round mirror safety disks at each intersection so drivers can see oncoming traffic. In addition to the facility rat bate boxes placed outside the units, suggest to renters not to have food items stored inside and to use in the unit rat bate boxes. Refill the poison bate box regularly as needed. I would tell friends about CubeSmart Storage Facilities and my first experience at storing items.

The storage facility looks great and clean from the outside. I only had an issue with some one in the front desk, either he is new or don't like being ask questions. But he did resolve my issue and thats a good thing.

It’s hard to find a nice clean storage place to put your life. I love the ladies that work there, I come in and pay month just to talk with me. Johnna, DeAnna and Shalo (sorry for the spelling). I love this place and how I feel when I come over and they make me feel like family.

In terms of organization and cleanliness, CubeSmart tops all storage facilities that I've used. Their customer service is excellent - friendly and very helpful. The only issues I have had thus far is rent going up without notice. Otherwise the facility is great.

After main entrance, door entrance doesn’t close. It’s very important to fixe it. And I also see that only one elevator works. It’s very difficult to the customers to move out all his stoves

So patient and even though there was an error in my initial quote and space recommendation they were able to make an adjustment and keep a very happy client. Now that I'm keeping my unit longer than expected I'm not concerned because I love the location and feel confident about my thing being in a safe and climate controlled location. My experience with this particular facility was suprisingly good overall. There was a one-month special on the size space that I chose. The Facility appears to be well maintained. I would recommend this one to others.

I recently changed from one storage unit to another to better meet my needs. I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service that I received from Deanne. She was very attentive to my needs, knowledgeable of the storage complex and eager to assist me. She is always friendly and personable and I really appreciated her work in getting me into a new unit. Indeed, she is an excellent representative of CubeSmart and I am happy to know that she is overseeing this storage complex. Deanne - YOU ROCK!!

One of the most amazing facilities in the state of Maryland. I've been in a few but this one tops them all. Excellent customer service. The young lady that works there was so helpful. She treated me with the respect and helped me to downsize to a smaller unit. I think she is an exemplary employee and should be managing that facility. I will refer many friends based off of my rapport with her and Cube Smart.

Very nice facility with outstanding customer service. I wish I had the name of the young woman who was on duty Sunday 7/29 and Monday 7/30. Not only was she super professional, she made me feel like I was a guest in her home.

CubeSmart is a excellent storage facility. Its clean, neat, affordable, and the staff were so.... friendly and courteous!!!! I just moved and no longer needed the storage space but if I did.... I would continue to rent with CubeSmart!! It honestly made me sad to leave...

Overall no problems. When I went to move my stuff out, there were 4 dead mice in my unit. Luckily I put traps down when I moved in. Was afraid that mice may have been in my stuff and transported with me to my new home. Someone threw their trash, old clothes, and shoes into my unit as well. The walls don't go all the way up so it's very easy to toss your trash over the wall into someone's unit.
