Very clean facility and very nice staff. Best storage facility I've rented from

I have a unit at a separate location facility but was using the same email address which unknowingly can’t be handled by their system and made one or the other unit disappear from registration online. I called customer service each month for days before the due dates and they supposedly helped me change my email address for one of them but each month I am having issues with payment and links. No confirmation appears or anything that online says at the moment shows up in any of the emails. Supposedly it is fixed again so we shall see. I see it as jacking up the payment for harvesting fees.
