Johnny was awesome and very accommodating. The internet was down and he took down all my information so that I didn't have to wait until it was restored. He called me an hour later to let me know we were all set and gave me my pass code for the building. He could have told me to wait or come back later but he made sure that I wasn't inconvenienced by the situation. Johnny also gave me multiple units to look at so I could pick the one I felt most comfortable with. The last storage I went to they just assigned one based on the size I requested. Another step to make sure my needs were met.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised on how clean the place was! I've used so many other storage facilities with my 3 college kids (in and out every year). CubeSmart does it right, not everyone cares to leave their belongings in a dirty, hard to get to place.The staff was so accommodating to our needs. Will definitely use again!!!

We are very happy with the facility. I also made an over payment on my account and Dib as able to rectify it immediately. We were very very happy! Thank you Cubesmart!
