The guys that run it are the nicest, salt of the earth people I have ever met. The facility is great the pricing is great, love this place, we use it to store our Daughters stuff between semesters at College.

I was setting up my storage from another city and needed help with the online paperwork. They called me right away and helped me through it. Very accommodating, efficient and pleasant.

So we have been really impressed by service and the guys at local... I usually come in to pay bill at location but always encouraged to pay online. which I did today. with that said, i dont really appreciate the service fee because I have to pay online as a result of covid issues.

The General Manager is great! First and foremost the cleanest self storage I ever seen. I had a bit of a hiccup because someone took my storage without paying attention but the GM fixed that issue so perfectly. Not their fault and I appreciate everything he did!! Great price for my 10 x 5

I was worried this facility would be like all the other 4 or 5 I have seen before. It is great size for my 2bedroom furniture. It is secure only I an access the facility with my own passcode to get in or out.

These guys are amazing! After i registered, the manager himself called me to check if I had questions before moving my stuff in. The place is air controlled and they sell locks and stuff for mattresses. It's very secured and I know my stuff in storage is safe and won't be ruined.

The manager that helped me out Frank was absolutely amazing. Helped me out get a storage unit and made sure I was satisfied with everything before paying. The place seems secure and convenient to get to when needed.

I have no complaints to share. From start I was able to Reserve a space online with the well need discount. Someone reached out to me right away to confirm my request and set up a time to view the space before, "move in day", as the manager said. Went in to view the space- the building was a bit hard to find which is ok because it's not a too busy space for a business. As soon as I enter the building the representative made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Representative was very transparent about price, discount, fees, late fees and so forth. Very clean although under construction at the time of my visit. A little hard to remember the location of my storage space because I didn't pay attention to the representative when he explained it. But he was nice enough to reassure me that the easiest way to my storage space was to just drive my car right into the building and he set my storage space right in an convenient spot for me. Code entry into building. Your choice to buy a lock from them (which are big and secure) or bring your own lock. No clutter which makes the move in pleasant. Despite Construction. Easy to open storage space doors. Clean. Very clean. Wonderful representative. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the business of storage. Helped me make the best decision, realistically on how much storage space I really needed. I recommend CubeSMART for all of these reasons.
