On my visit today September 20, 2020 a young African American lady, I apologize for not having her name, took care of me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to meet my needs for additional storage. She was kind and gave us a 150% customer satisfaction. The site is 5065 Sugarloaf Parkway Lawrenceville, GA

My 1st time renting a unit and this place is amazing and cheap. Don't look anywhere else. I've already done the legwork. Trust me there's no reason to shop around.

The young lady (I apologize that I don’t remember her name, I am terrible with names. I should have written this sooner) that set up my account was very nice and pleasant throughout my entire experience. The facility is very well kept.

It's clean for the most part as far as the storage unit however they should have a cleaning station up front where those storage carts are. Those carts are dirty and nasty sometimes and it doesn't look like they been clean. Either the facility should clean them or at least have a station for us Overall I still like the facility. And it's security features

FIRST THE GOOD NEWS - We would like to commend the kindness and knowledge of the associate named SiSi. She followed up after our initial call. When we arrived to book our unit, she escorted us to two different units and told us to take time to decide which would meet our needs. A week later, she called back to see if all was well. Great service. The facility is super clean and very well organized. It's conveniently located on a major road right next to a QT that's open 24 hours. So it seems to be very safe. NOW THE BAD NEWS - On our second visit to the office we encountered Mela. We initially tried to call the office and she did not answer the phone for at least 30 minutes. So we went to the property. When we drove up, she could not see us. But we could see she was alone in the office. We called again and she still didn’t answer the phone after 5 calls. Not until we walked up to the door while the phone was still ringing did she answer. Then it took her 4 attempts to correct an error on our lease. She kept re-emailing us the lease but the error was not fixed. We had to go back inside the office 4 times. Meanwhile she seemed completely indifferent and shrugged off our inconvenience.
