Second time using facility love the customer service

Made a reservation online and Calvin called to verify same day. I walked in the next day to begin my reservation and Calvin was there to make sure that everything went smoothly. I was given my storage location, login info, receipt and was out the door within 30 minutes. Happy I came here as I will be transferring storage from another location.

Great place, staff very helpful, if you have an issue they will help you if help is needed. I definitely would recommend the Clarkston GA location.

Very friendly and professional. The young lady today helped me to understand my bill and get the matter satisfactorily resolved. The facility is always very clean and secure. And the climate controlled environment in the units works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this location as it it conveniently located right off 285 and easily accessible to the surrounding communities.

Calvin helped get us all set up and was professional and friendly, and respected COVID social distancing and mask usage guidelines. Gated entrance and main door meant I didn't have to worry about leaving my car unlocked for a few minutes while I went inside. Happy I chose this facility.

Staff gave detailed information of storage units, explanation of reason for differences in cost, security at the facility and very helpful. The online customer service at Cubesmart was also helpful in accessing my account following an error in my registration.

Their were issues in Storage Unit. As a result, I had to move to a different unit. Jaynay and Calvin were very understanding and provide exceptional customer service.

The staff at Cubesmart has provided excellent customer service & the facilities are kept in impeccable condition! My experience has been great!!

I was certainly surprised when I started looking at facilities to find that this little "Jewel" sitting just off of I -285 at the East Ponce exit was the most reasonably priced of all the storage places around me. When I met Janet the manager I knew it would be the right fit for me. She was energetic, efficient, and on top of her game. I arrived just prior to her closing and she whisked me through the paper work like a champion, answered all my questions, and had me in the space i had reserved all before the doors were to close. She is always willing to assist me with anything I have called on her for. What can I say about the facility? It is relatively new and is well maintained with security features such as automatic gate access on the rear side. There are always plenty of carts and elevator access is fantastic. Cubesmart and you have a winner if you rent here!

The facility is well managed, clean and in a convenient location. I am pleased with my experience.

Have had no issues so far except my departure bill

not the friendliest towards people of color, not all employees are professional. Only the 1 female manager is.

I appreciate Calvin working with the district manager to correct my due date on Account.. The issues was resolved in a timely manner.

The bathroom is ALWAYS nasty. Rarely any toilet paper.

The staff, the space, the location. Everything about this location has been exceptional. Very friendly and inviting as a customer.

CubeSmart is a great place to store your things. The employees are courteous and the place is always clean.

This is an almost new, very clean and convenient facility. Lots of parking and accesses for offloading. Climate control is the best I have seen by far. The manager and other staff are very knowledgeable and make this a great place.

A very peaceful, affordable, and convenient place to store your stuff. Easy parking, unloading, and transport of stuff with a secure and secluded feel to building and grounds. Great customer service experience and very simple but detailed and user friendly website. In store, Calvin was extremely helpful in explaining and meeting storage needs in a welcoming easy-going way. Highly recommend, easiest and most comfortable storage experience I've had so far.

I chose this location based on the rates I saw online compared to the other locations, so to start they have great rates. But mainly, there customer service was fantastic. I appreciated how one of the managers helped give me some information about a CubeSmart location that would closer to where I would be living. I checked that recommended location out and was very disappointed (it was closer, but the customer service was subpar, the area wasn't as clean, and the rates were, ironically, much higher. The manager there did explain to me that that was because they were downtown). So, I drove back to my original choice, the Clarkston location. When I got there this time, I was greeted by Reuban. He was exceptional. He was professional, accommodating, and very friendly! Relocating can be stressful, but Reuban was very patient and understanding with me and made sure that I was satisfied. If you are deciding between CubeSmart locations, and you value good /pleasant customer service and cleanliness, then I would highly recommend the Clarkston location.
