PROS:The actual storage, the access to storage and the security are great. CONS Introductory rates are changed within in 6 months without notification for me. I was told that they now tell folks when they sign up how long the rate is in effect, but I was not told. I was pushed to get the mobile app so I could change my address and make "convenient payments." The App had a bug that would not accept the card I had been using all along. Tech support was very pleasant but could not immediately identify the problem. I ended up going to the website and using the same card to pay. Cubesmart uses "Convenience fees" to push you to pay the through the channels that they want you to pay. ie online payment. Overall I don't have experience with competitors, but the storage product itself is top quality, the interaction process and payment process can be a bit frustrating as it is like working with any large corporation like cable company or phone company. Customer support is pleasant though.

Great location, small carts and floor of unit was very dusty/dirty. There is a film of dust dirt over the unit. Not sure how to clean it since I can’t plug in a vacuum. Contactless Check-in was smooth and convienent!
