I've rented at this location since it first opened - approx. 2016. Am happy with the security of the facility and it's clean. The management team since it became cubesmart has been wonderful. I appreciate knowing my stuff is in a good location.

Walked in, set up in less than 10 minutes, staffer was very friendly, knowledgeable and cared about customer service!

Had the best customer service. Their computer was down and he went over and beyond to explain that he would call us as soon as up and he would take care on the phone of everything and he did. Very friendly and kind. Would also like to give a good job to the friendly customer service for the guy who took my reservation over phone the night before. He was also so kind.

This is the first time I have a storage unit. It is convenient, clean and the workers are very helpful and kind. Would recommend to others.

James was very professional, kind and helpful. The units I saw were clean and we'll kept. Everything fit, and I'm going to recommend to many friends. I had to make a call on a Thursday night trying to set up auto pay it was 8 pm here and the person I spoke to was in PA, which is minimum two hours or three hours ahead of us yet she answered cheerful, and helped me set up auto pay. Cubesmart has great training and they hire some great people. I wish I could remember the girl from PA but maybe you could look for her name and give her some praise for doing as great job.

Always easy dealing with site staff and Manager. They are polite, they clearly care about their customers, they go out of their way each and every time. They just replaced the entry gate that someone had damaged and painted the exterior storage unit doors which look great. They are really vested in maintaining the condition of the property as a team.

Diane was fabulous today helping me get set up in my new unit. She was extremely knowledgable about Cube Smarts policies. I also appreciated the thoughtful bottled water and candies made available. This facility is very well maintained and clean!

I would like to have 24 hour access. Now this review is getting a little bothersome. I am happy with everything except the hours that I have access.

Love this place good people very clean! The only reason for the 4 stars is you can't turn left from the parking lot onto the street and have to go all the way to the next light just to turn around. Highly annoying but that's just me but great storage place highly reccomended.

Chris was very helpful in helping me find the best storage solution for my boat. Diane and Chris are super nice and worked with me to get started. This facility has great hours of access and a very clean with a big area. I will love having my boat only a mile from my house and on the way to the mountain lakes. I did get 15% off my monthly rate, but I would like to have a better rate at some point.
