I got lost finding my unit but will get used of it

I wish they would not have raised there price.Would like them to keep the price they had for me 10 months ago.

People parking inside the storage building are not considerate of other people trying to get through. But other than that Jennifer and Bryan are awesome!! Location is great. The price is even better!

Great place to have your things and the people that run the place are super sweet

This is my first time using a storage facility and I was a bit worried about what to expect. The staff were very friendly, accessible, and willing to help me at every step. The facility in West Allis is immaculate, well-lit, and in a great location (for me). The movers fit everything into an 8x10 perfectly, saving me a little money from a larger unit.

Both James and Jennifer and have been extraordinary and getting my rental unit set up. Jennifer even walked me to a couple units to make sure I would be satisfied with the location and size before I finalized anything. I have been beyond satisfied with this place from the start. I specifically enjoy the extended access hours. I no longer have to worry about racing from work to a storage place in hopes I can grab what is needed.

Having spent years renting apartments across the U.S. and having to make use of various self storage facilities, I can honestly tell you this is the best I have come across. From my first visit I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff who took the time to listen to my needs and show me all possible options. The facility itself is quite clean and very sound, I’ve heard horror stories from friends about other facilities, but have every faith that nothing of the sort will happen here. I particularly appreciate that you can drive right in and use the provided dollies to shift your things without worrying about the weather outside. Solid, secure, easily accessible. What more could you want?

When I came to choose a unit, the manager, James, was very helpful and professional, yet friendly. I appreciated that he spent time helping me find just the right unit for me. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions as well as finding all the discounts that applied. The units are clean, secure, affordable and easily accessible. The other manager, Jennifer, sent me a thank you and follow up card which was nice. I highly recommend this CubeSmart.
