The gentleman who helped me out was awesome. he showed me a sample space, explained everything clearly, and gave me ample information to decide the best option for me. Very friendly and helpful. The place is secure and very clean, which matters a lot to me! I feel secure coming and going at any time which works for me.

Thank you for finally getting a storage facility close to Ridgewalk Parkway! With all the construction and housing and traffic and EVERYTHING, I was hesitant to get a storage facility. I ended up putting everything extra in the garage and now I can get these things out of the garage and put the car back in the garage for the winter! Checking in was a breeze and the manager was fun and easy to relate. He also made it convenient and anticipated my needs! Thank you! 5 stars all the way!

This is a very clean location. Marlon and Kevin are very professional and friendly, and do a great job with customers and know their facility very well. We have been very happy with the customer service we have received here and feel very good about storing our items at this location.

This is a new unit so it’s in great shape. My experience had been positive with a couple minor exceptions which don’t directly involve the staff at the location. 1. The hours seem a bit odd for the office since people dealing with moves might want to get things going before 0930, especially on Friday. 2. On the website, it’s not clear that the length of the password is restricted. 3. I’m here to access my unit for the first time and can’t open the door with the provided code. 4. As a new facility, it would have been good to see security on each unit. This is offered at the local uhaul storage in addition to the security in the facility.
