I've been a member of this place for a few years now but when I first "moved" in, it was under a different ownership. When Cube Smart came along and took over, everything remained the same except some of the employees left as well. The employees that remained and have now are super nice and I have nothing bad to say about them. But here is where I have a problem. My monthly rate went up $30 more per month and the late fees were raised as well. .I will say though in their favor they have a great grace period for being late and this works for me because sometimes I'm not able to pay on the due date as it may fall in between pay days. And now with this COVID thing going on, I wish they would lower the rates because many such as myself lost their jobs.
Overall, except for the increase in pricing, this place and the staff are absolutely wonderful!
