Ms. Ne'Toya Thompson, General Manager, was so pleasant to work with, she worked hard to find a unit suitable for my safety and my needs. The whole facility is very clean and I felt save going in and out to my unit. Would recommend CubeSmart to anyone needing a self storage unit.

I am handicapped and was helped repeatedly by the staff so much so that all my needs were met. Excellent facility and great people. Don't change a thing.

CubeSmart was very clean, I always felt really secure and the staff was always top-notch. They have locations in so many areas that you're sure to find one around you, and their customer service is the best I've experienced with any storage facility. The process of reserving and cancelling our storage until was an easy process. Great storage unit (we reserved a 20x20 building) and always accessible. Just a tip for other potential clients, always check with your homeowners policy to see if they offer insurance coverage for a storage unit... this saved us additional money.

Clean, temp control, easy access. Definitely would use Cubesmart again in be future if necessary.

I have rented storage units from other companies in the past and was always just another unit number, another monthly bill to collect. Cubesmart is the exact opposite! The staff is so helpful and friendly! The manager, Karen, has to be one of the nicest people to deal with! She genuinely cares and my children and I look forward to seeing her when we make a trip to Cubesmart! Facilities are clean, rates are fair and the location is very convenient!

Using storage for household items almost yearly I have had my fair share of nasty bug & rodent infested units. These units are incredibly CLEAN. They have bait traps for rodents and spray for bugs monthly. Very wonderful knowledgeable customer service too! Even tho they are more expensive than some others, I dont have to go thru every box getting the bugs & mouse tracks out. I highly recommend Cube Smart of belmont

I am moving out of the storage facility and when I spoke to Nicole Hudson about the move she went above and beyond to make it as easy for me as possible as I was moving very close to my due date. It is that kind of service that, should I ever face storing my belongings again, it will be with CubeSmart. Nicole and Samantha always work with me and make me feel important to their day. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! This is m second year using cubesmart and I am more than pleased with how everything run! In addition to the overall greatness of the staff, the location is conveniently located on Wilkonson. It's not too far from the school, so that's a huge benefit for moving-college students.

Clean, convenient unit. Purchased lock from them and had immediate access. Cameras, lights and gates make it secure. Will use them again when in need.

As my ratings show, this facility seems to have it all. The only reason I did not show excellent for security is that most all of these types of facilities seem to have the same degree of security. I can't remember the name of the young lady who first helped me, but she was great. Very helpful and wasn't trying to hurry me up. That was a great start.
