Great customer service
I reserved online and thought everything was fine. Got to facility to find there was a problem with the unit I reserved not being the unit that was reserved. However, the customer service rep, Jason, was wonderful - very personable and helpful. He found what I was looking for and asked management to upgrade me to it for the same price, which they did. It stinks when problems happen, but when a company makes it right, you trust them. Good job, CubeSmart, and great job, Jason!
