The second main reason I am leaving is the monthly cost were getting way to high especially with the recent surge of storage unit places popping up in the same neighborhood/area as this location. Should offer lower rates to customers who have been there 3+ years or longer. Way to many choices/options within a 3-5 miles radius of other storage units with lower prices.

CubeSmart offered much more than I expected. Clean facility and easy to access. The staff, Quincy and Rosa, were friendly and professional - the best to work with. If the need were to arise I would definitely use Cube Smart again! I would recommend this location to anyone who has a need for a storage facility.

Clean facility with many options. Friendly and helpful staff willing to assist you whenever needed. My only suggestion would be to allow customers to access their unit(s), if need be, past the curfew. There were a couple times I could have used the facility past the curfew but overall great experience.

I rarely run across a retail business where I am impressed with the high level of customer service with positive, engaging and accommodating personnel. Rosa and every assistant manager at the South Atlanta Rd. location have obviously been thoroughly trained with an emphasis on customer service. CubeSmart, by far, sets the industry standard.

We checked out a few storage facilities in this area and felt Cube Storage would be fit our needs. The sales associate, Quincy, was most helpful in assisting us with making the right decision on what size unit we would need. Will definitely recommend this site to other potential clients.

Kent Jones the Store manager is awesome. He is very personable. Get things handled in a timely manner. This store has a awesome customer experience.

This is a lovely facility. Its clean, the staff is friendly and I feel safe when I visit my storage. My only regret is that I did not choose a facility with a locked in storage rate as my monthly payment has been increased in less than 6 months. Regardless, I would still recommend this facility.

CubeSmart has done an excellent job storing our furniture in Atlanta. We feel that everything is safe and in a clean, climate controlled space and we don't have to worry about it. The manager at our building is also very helpful and friendly. We have truly had a positive experience with CubeSmart.

Kent was so helpful and accommodating. He was very explanatory about the facility. I am not from Georgia but my son goes to college in Georgia and this is a perfect and safe facility for student to come and go. I really love the area and the facility. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Cubesmart is a facility that I will recommend to everyone! The facility is very secure and clean. Tony was very pleasant. He was extremely easy to talk, which made the experience much easier.

The staff is always helpful speak every time am on the property and always check when I have been in my unit for a while. This is my second time at this facility.

We moved from out of State because of a family emergency with our belongings hoping to move into a home shortly after. Unfortunately, our financial circumstances did not improve thus leaving us with all our belongings unused at this time. We chose Cube Smart as our storage facility because of the convenient location. Shortly after we were so pleased to have such peace of mind transferring our belongings in the care of Cube Smart. The staff has been so warm and welcoming in a professional way, we could not have been more pleased to trust that we have chosen the best in the area. As an interior designer, I am constantly accumulating items for different projects. I stopped by Cube Smart one day with a car full of stuff because I just couldn't bear to take another item into my house waiting for the day to deliver it all to clients. Within fifteen minutes, I had a storage space right near the door for a very reasonable rate. Instantly I felt better! Now I drop everything there after a day of gathering and my house is neat and clutter free! The attendant always greets me with a smile! It has been a great decision!!

When you are loaded down with stresses of life, as am I, the last thing you want to do is ALSO worry about your only belongings being stolen or damaged. Temperature-controlled, secure building, with personable staff. Cube-Smart gives me peace-of-mind. :)
