This is a tough time for a lot of people and money is scarce for a lot of us. They have been very cooperative during these trying times.

I find the customer service at Cube Smart to be excellent! I have had some issues beyond the control of the company or myself and they were very understanding and accomodating.

Could not have been more pleased with the process. As advertised and more!

the customer service is good. Austin is a great person and such a gentleman . He always has a smile on his face. He has listened to me with concerns about transporting items to the 2nd floor unit WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. Its absolutely ridiculous. I would compensation for the fact that I am paying for the unit and don't have the service that I need. I would love someone to give me a call and speak to me about this. An elevator is imperative to have in a storage facility like this.
