I had a few errors, one was not my fault, and your staff was super helpful and understanding. The second issue was totally on me but yet again your staff was kind and patient and we laughed through my error, I appreciate them so much more than I did when I rented and it was Simply Storage. Great ladies.

The staff was very helpful and the facility was clean

I was having problems reserving an unit online. The manager promptly returned my call. She told me to come into the office (during this shelter-in). I went into the office and she had everything ready for me. I was able to move everything into the unit right away. The storage unit was clean, the air was on so I didn't get too hot, music was playing so it kept my mind off what I was doing. Thanks Cubesmart.

This was my first time renting a storage place and the whole process was very easy and fast. The CSR was knowledgeable and very helpful. the storage space is clean and away from any possible water damage. I highly recommend this storage place!

This is what I had hoped for with a storage facility. It is private, secure with comfortable internal temperature/humidity.
