A stark contrast between the staff and those at other locations (both CubeSmart and your competition) resulted in our choice. Overly attentive is something we truly appreciate and something that consumers in general are starved of. We were attended to in an exceptional manner by the two at your 3780 E State St location.

Couldn't be happier with this Cube Smart location! New location and it is well lit inside, clean and spotless! Valentine was very helpful and understanding with all my questions and a pleasure to work with! I only gave four stars for convenience as I would like to see bigger carts for moving things, and carts at the entrances. I usually have to go to the office for the carts, and after hours that would be a problem. Otherwise this place is PERFECT for our needs and I feel very safe and secure storing items there. I very highly recommend this storage company and location!!!
