Very easy to work with. When I first stopped in they explained everything to me and showed me units that were available in the size I wanted. Later I went on-line for some information and found they had larger units available so I took one of the larger ones. I should have originally asked about larger ones but I thought I knew what I needed. Only in retrospect did I decide a bigger unit would be better. We have already filled about 80% of the larger unit and still have a little more to go. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I looked at 6 different self storage facilities and this was the best by far. Plus it is almost brand new.
