Great facility, friendly staff, excellent security, and all at a reasonable price! I loved the location (Holleman St., College Station, TX), in that the facility was in a good neighborhood. Even more than that, I loved the fact that access is available until 10pm! (I worked late in the afternoons, so having a place open after 8pm was a necessity!) Having a 24-hr surveillance system helped with my peace of mind, due to having rented storage at *other* places, where my other units were broken into. I definitely recommend this facility and location! Sadly, I've had to move, but have luckily found another CubeSmart facility in my new town. I think I'm sold on CubeSmart-- They're top-notch!

I love the location and simplicity with CubeSmart. I only had minor problems accessing the area after hours but the manager was very helpful and solved the problem immediately. Security could be improved, the back fence is kind of falling down but the location of the property is in a safe area.
