Renting the locker was super easy. Able to secure on-line, got a call from the office manager to review all the details. Super friendly and flexible. Highly recommend.

I reset my password successfully just now but it still disallowed my login with the new password. Turns out the old password (I just found) still works! Crazy, I've never seen that before. CubeSmart, I suggest you beef up your technical team!

Found them to be cheaper than other storage units, but then we arrived and discovered why. The unit we were to rent hadn't be cleaned, and it reeked of kitty litter. Still, for the price it was the only one they had, and we HAD to have a place to store our stuff. The website isn't the greatest to use, it doesn't tell you there is a character limit on the password, so be mindful of that. I do like that they accept payments late (with a fee). I'm a single Mom and sometimes I have to spread out my income a bit.

Very friendly and helpful, from the start and when I have issues with my code. I needed to upgrade and that was handled very well. I feel like my things are secure here and it is really convenient. I feel the price is a very good value for the money. When I have called I have gotten a response right away so I feel very good about the organization and management.

It’s a good facility, very well run from a personnel standpoint. The physical units could use new doors, they’re quite old. The biggest negative for me was the 10% price increase 2 months after moving in. Price was a reason I choose this location, to lose that meant I should have picked something closer as I didn’t save any money.

Like the subject says. Some mouse droppings when we moved out, but condition of items in storage still good.

This facility is comparable to other storage facilities in my area. Facility managers have been friendly and very helpful with issues like forgetting my password, etc. One manager recently secured my unit and called me at home when i forgot to close the padlock on the latch. Recent price increases caused me to re-evaluate my need for self-storage.

The price went up which is understandable but stupid, but I'm sure it was subject to change as per the agreement I signed.. I like the customer service from the on site guy, others have not been as helpful so I pay my bill online now.

They were cutout nice and helpful every time I call. I'm having a problem with mice in my unit and they are aware of it and have been very helpful to fix the problem and help me file the claim with the insurance the next time I go to the unit and appoigized numerous times for the problem I'm having and assured me it will be taken care of.

We have a student at the University of Utah and we live in another state. This was the perfect alternative to hauling all her stuff back home after spring term, tripping over it for three months, then turning around in the fall and hauling it all back. We just stacked it in the room, locked it up and drove away. PIece of cake. Prices are good, people are very easy to deal with, paying online is easy, the whole experience was easy.

From day one I have been impressed with this facilty and the staff. I was putting coolant in my car prior to leaving the facility not too long ago and one of the employees left the office and come out to where i was to see if I needed help. I fee confident that my personal belongings are safe and secure. The facility and grounds are kept clean. Only complaint I have is the light bulb above my unit burned out and has not been replaced yet. Cubesmart is lucky to have the staff they do at the facility in Salt Lake on 3rd West. Great job.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Drew, the manager of this facility. I was arranging a rental for my son who is a college student taking a semester off. I'm all the way on the east coast but it was a breeze taking care of this because Drew is extremely organized and efficient. He answered my emails and calls promptly and politely. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

I love Julie she awesome always strikes up a conversation. She always provides superb , upbeat, kind & fun customer service. I've been a customer for almost a year now. The staff Julia and Drew have gone above and beyond my expectations in helping to make sure that my storage experience is always a good one. This is "Old School" customer service, and IS the way it ought to be and is what makes them head and shoulders above what other businesses provide. Kudos to CubeSmart for having good sense to hire these two key people in their organization. I am not "GIVING High marks" but only reporting what these two Julia and Drew have "EARNED". As far as Cleanliness, the grounds are always immaculate and cared for, meaning the grass is mowed, any debris is quickly removed should a renter leave any garbage. As far as Security goes, here is my experience: I have no Security issues to report, I know that the staff monitors who enters the property and that it is being recorded. I enter my units about once or twice a week. I know that the staff, in addition to the electronic security measures in place, also does a PHYSICAL walk through and checks my locks to make sure that they have "Checked" to make sure that my locks are intact. How do I know this? Its because I find "FRESH Adhesive Security Stickers" on my locks that indicate that they have been touched by the staff. This is the ADDED VALUE that I appreciate so much and provides a level of calm and peace of mind to me and makes me glad that I have chosen "CubeSmart" at this facility, 3528 South 300 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84115. It is for these reasons that I highly commend Julia and Drew of CubeSmart, they have EARNED IT. I give NOTHING away. I have not been paid to write this nor negotiated my review for a discounted rent or free rent. I PAY every month just like everyone else.
