They treat you with understanding & care!
I'm a present customer of this location for the past 6 months. Unfortunately, I had lost my job a few months back and it caused my payment for the last few months to be really late. I had spoken with the manager the first time and just recently, an associate. I explained my situation, and they were both beyond understanding. They treated me like a human being. I make that statement because I feel customer service is dead now-a-days.
It's a scary thought to lose all that you worked for - in storage - because of a minor setback. Both of them affirmed me to not worry and pay online. This is an excellent team, absolutely remarkable! I value this office and their integrity!
