I recently visited Cubesmart in bradenton at the 14th street location with my neighbor.Dawn was amazing. She really rook her time to explain explain all of the questions. My neighbor renting a 10foot by 20foot room. I definitely recommend her.

Helpful & courteous store manager. Disappointed that I couldn't use my own Keyed Discus Padlock, even though CubeSmart uses them to allow clients to self-check-in. I had to purchase their over-priced cylinder lock. Also, I wasn't able to pay online with the link provided when I reserved the unit b/c the website would not accept my valid, unexpired driver's license. I had to go into the store to deal with getting and paying for my storage unit.

Bob was very friendly and helpful in person and on the phone. He has a wonderful speaking voice that makes him a pleasure to listen to. I feel confident that my stuff will be well protected there. :)

Bob, the manager gave me a follow up call and answered all of my questions about the unit and access for the delivery truck coming in. manager Bob explained all details clearly and consicely. Also, (and this was a big plus) when the size storage unit I requested was not available, he gave me a much roomier unit at same price. It could not have been easier to check out, and no extra charge of any kind. A near perfect experience. The only glitch was my inability to use the truck offered within the necessary return time.

Very easy reservation process online. Very good communication from the manager. When I arrived, the unit was cleaned out and sprayed to prevent insects. Very thoughtful and professional. Great experience so far! *Update* pricing per month went up a total of nearly $60 over the course of my time renting the unit.

Everything was smooth from the beginning. It was convenient to pay although I'm out of town. I only wish there was a way to better keep bugs out of the units. We had quite a bit of hitchhikers when we moved out but it is Florida. Everyone was very nice and professional. Easy to reach when I had to contact them. The email reminders were also a plus since we'd paid upfront a few months.

The day I rented the unit I asked the employee if there were any issues with bugs, mice etc. he assured me they had no issues that they lay out poison and spray annually. I rented the unit for about two months I made sure I had no food or any other perishables in the unit. The day I moved my stuff out I open the door and the very first thing I seen were two cockroaches running across my boxers.

Outstanding customer service at this location. Bob, the General Manager, made my relocation between units run smoothly and efficiently. No issues with paperwork and he allowed plenty of time for me to make the move. Also, this location has been recently renovated and is very clean.

Great customer service and convenient locations

Charging full price ($190 A MONTH) during this pandemic is appalling knowing people are without jobs. Unfortunately I was unable to pay the full amount last month so I paid half, I was told that I would not be charged an overdraft fee and that was a blatant lie. I was charged a $30 late fee and because of this I will be getting my things out of there and never look back. They get you in with the first month free and guess what, you'll still have to pay a 45 dollar sign up fee. My advice to you all is to look elsewhere.

Needing a place to store my personal belongings was very stressful until I walked into Cubesmart on Tamiami Trail. Dedra, greeted me and quickly took care of my needs. The owner was very gracious in offering extra discounts and the use of the company truck. I highly recommend storing at this facility. It was clean, convenient and just perfect for the amount of time needed. If it is necessary, I will not hesitate to go back to their site.

Office hours begin at 9:30 week days. Clearly stated on the door. Every single time I go to pay my bill, no one is in the office until around 11. The excuse from the district manager? They have to go to the bank first thing. Banks open up at 9 and there are multiple within a few minutes' drive. I am moving my storage elsewhere because of this extreme unprofessionalism.

We never ended up using the storage space but the friendliest and professional sales and management. Bent over backwards and nice when we told them we would be needing the space. We are in need of storage so we are calling them again. Once again the are so helpful and very knowledgeable.

The "one time" administrative fee is a rip-off and not mentioned when you call by phone. The units are un-lit, as they unscrewed the light bulbs. You cannot use your own lock, no matter how heavy duty, so you have to "buy" their lock for $18 dollars. The paperwork is laborious as they push junk fees on you. Use Cubesmart again, NO, not if I can help it. Mark Comerford

Excellent, affordable storage. I've been using them for years. Chuck, the manager, and his staff are all very helpful.

We rented a Uhaul to empty out my son's storage unit at CubeSmart for his move. Upon loading the truck, we realized the truck's rear door was stuck and would not close. We called Uhaul and were told it would be an hour before someone could be dispatched. I took a chance and went down to speak with the manager, Chuck. He immediately came down and was able to resolve the issue so that we could be on our way. Would definitely rent a unit with him again!

I had a unit here for over two years. the facility is well maintained and the customer service is excellent. Michael has always been kind and helpful.

I called for directions they were closing. I forgot about the time change. Crap! But Chuck the manager said he would wait. Got there and had my storage unit within 15 minutes. Great experience. A nice end to a stressful day!

I have used numerous storage facilities over the past ten years and CubeSmart is comparable to others, but I do not like the hidden costs, which I was not told about until final invoice was printed. There is an administration fee of $22.00, which I have never encountered at any other facility. Renters are required to carry insurance, which starts at $12.00 per month. And if you don't have one of their special locks then you will have to purchase one at $15.00-$16.00. The whole process reminds me of calling a car rental agency and getting an incredibly low price quote... until they add on the fees, taxes, etc., and all of a sudden it isn't much of a deal. I'm using CubeSmart mostly because of convenience.

I went to another storage facility before going here and I am so happy I didn't rent at the other place. This place is clean, the units are nice and clean and the gates stay open until 10 p.m. When I was moving in I left and forgot to not only lock my unit but I didn't even close the door. Within the time I realized it and returned (10 minutes tops) the office had already discovered it and was trying to get in touch with me. Great place, friendly staff and very fair prices.

The staff were friendly and helpful... guiding me to the best combination of move-in costs and monthly fees to meet my needs. I ended up with a larger storage unit than I'd originally planned for less money.

This is the second time I have rented storage space at the same CubeSmart; wouldn't be here again if the first time hadn't been excellent. Staff members are always courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. The cube is clean, easy to access, and very safe. Can't go wrong with any of that.
