My business has 2 units there Deanna by far best manager I’ve dealt with hands down from being informative over units on hand and size to security of not only inside but outside as well owning a moving company I refer all customers to her as I know my customers will be in good hands

We have used this location to store our Moving Company supplies and our own personal belongings in two units. Let me tell you Deanna is on top of her customer service! She is always helpful and friendly.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The owner/manager was very helpful. I definitely needed something last minute as I had problems with my moving truck and I was able to do the paperwork and move my stuff in right away.

I’m a truck driver and for the longest I’ve been paying for two units. I got a call from Dianna the manager helped me out tremendously by keeping in touch with me to help me find one unit to move all of my things into instead of me having two units and paying two bills each month. She was able to help me get one larger unit and pay a little less then what I was paying for two units. Dianna gets 5 stars from me for her continued support and help to help me get into one unit instead of two. And save money.

The office and the whole storage facility is super clean and pretty easy to navigate. The Manager Deannais/was very nice, helpful, and understanding and very informative and professional and even gave me a few tips on how I might put my things in the storage unit. 5 star customer service!!!! I needed to rent a storage unit due to unfortunate circumstances, so I wasn’t in the best mood when I arrived. But Deanna and Candice quickly changed that after showing empathy, kindness, attentiveness, and just overall wonderful customer service. They succeeded at making me feel welcome there. On top of that, the facility was very clean and the whole process went smoothly.

Best Storage Ever !!!!! Deanna was a wonderful example of great customer service. The process to move in was quick and simple. She made sure to show us the unit before we signed the lease , ensured that our door code worked properly , gave us a nice tour of the facility and which entrance would be the best for us to utilize for the unit it was an absolute pleasure to work with her.

The facility is clean and easy to access... Now, here for the 2 stars... The woman that runs this facility is a NIGHTMARE! No customer service skills whatsoever, she is overbearing, rude and thinks she runs a high-security military facility. Every time I come in to my storage unit, I hope that I can avoid her at all cost! Can't wait to move out

I’ve had the misfortune of needing a storage unit at several times during my life. It’s always that silly expense and there’s always more. Cubesmart was a new one for me and Deanna, the manager at this location, has made it by far the best storage facility experience I’ve ever had. From her warm and personal welcome when we first started renting there right up until today (still renting!) and she greeted me with a smile first thing in the morning! What has historically been an expensive and sometimes painful process has, in direct contrast, been as easy as it can be at Cubesmart. Thank you Deanna!!

Deanna and her team gets ten stars in a five star world. My husband and I were moving. We started to declutter and pack our items in late December 2022, then put the house on the market in January where we had many offers. We took one and, the day before closing in late February, it fell through unexpectedly. And so in early March we had to list it again and start all over. Due to this we had to put stuff in storage and take most of it out, only to do it all over again. It is now April and we are finally closing next week. We rented a second storage unit for the rest of our items as the first would not be large enough and each time Deanna was amazing. She recognized us immediately and was excited to hear our house had finally sold. She showed us many units, as we weren't sure of which size we would need, and explained each along with costs per month. It really helped us decide exactly what we needed and for how long. I couldn't recommend her enough. I wish the world was full of Deannas as she made this entire process so much easier for us. You can easily get in and out until 10pm with your given code and the have dollies for you to use. We must have been in and out of there at least a dozen times and each time it was lit nicely and was climate controlled. I am so glad we chose CubeSmart. Thank you to Deanna and her team for making this part of our move the easiest it could be. You can tell they care.

We started off with Trina last June, '22 and found her quite helpful with storage information and pricing. Deanna has filled her shoes and beyond as the location's General Manager. We were contemplating leaving due to previous price hike last fall, but with Deanna's help, we downsized into a smaller unit with significantly better pricing and now plan to stay longer-term storage. Deanna is the top-gun GM at the CubeSmart behind Home Depot in Bradenton!

I was impressed with the professionalism of Trina showing the facility and signing me up. I went back today and put some things in my storage unit. I feel there should be more carts by each set of doors. There are only two for the entire place and I had to wait until the people using the carts were finished. Otherwise the facility was clean and well setup.

Came to get a new storage locker that was not set up by myself and found out nothing was the way it was supposed to be due to lack of communication or just a simple mistake but Ms Trina Ervin made what could have been a horrible ending to my work day a very easy, pleasant experience. Trina walked not only me through it all but also my bosses. She made it possible for me to continue working while her and my boss worked out the details and then she made certain I left with all the information that I could possibly need upon my return. They have raised the price on me twice in one year. Its now $30 more than when I first got the unit. I twice tried to call and talk to the manager and never got a call back. I have asked to have the due date moved two days so I wouldn't be late on payments and they refuse. Once we move and I have room to get my things out I will never use them again.

They raise the rates over $30 twice in the same year look elsewhere plenty of storage facilities all throughout the county and State

Loretta was so helpful and responsive in assisting me to manage my move in remotely. Clean and safe facility.

I used two units at this location for several months and when we unloaded them we found live German cockroaches in the units. The staff basically just said sorry ??????? it's not our fault. This is disgusting and unacceptable. They advertise that they use pest control, but I don't believe that's true. If you store your belongings here you will get roaches.

This is a clean air conditioned facility with several access points for convenience.

The staff met with me numerous times over several months when I needed more units, then helped me arrange a move into a much smaller unit when the time was right. Both staff members were very knowledgeable and quoted rates accurately as well as providing a clear explanation of the contracts. All units were clean and easily accessible.

Beautiful clean facility with quick online setup and lock waiting for me in the unit. Huge downside is the homeless camp hanging out inside charging their cell phones and razors on top of my unit. Did not feel safe to leave my car and items unattended outside.

We had a fantastic experience. Lisa and Jimmy were a pleasure to deal with. The facility is clean and obviously well-managed. We left another facility with a different company which was in decline - bathrooms never worked, dirty floors, evidence of cockroaches - and the building was new. A fire on our floor was the last straw. Elevators were out for weeks. After that, this CubeSmart facility looked incredible. We wished we'd moved earlier.
