I made the move to CubeStorage after using a public storage unit that was broken into twice. I love that the units are gated, and I love the friendly service you receive.

Highly recommend CubeSmart for your storage needs. Matt was very helpful with my unit selection & went above & beyond with customer service, walked me around the whole properly to show me softener units, which isn't something you typically see from most businesses. He very thoroughly explained the process for accessing the unit, how to the app works for easier access to the property, explained in detail what my monthly fees would be so that there is no surprises. To the management of this location, Matt represents your company extremely well. I came in today to see what type of customer service I could expect in the event I ever needed assistance with anything at the unit or had an issue and from my interactions/conversation with Matt I decided to use this location. I own a large roofing company with 6 locations around the state & I know very well that good employees are hard to find.. Keep this one! :)

Update: Changed pricing without consent. Rate online differed from what they made me sign for in store. Only way to reconcile is if I came and moved units. Never disclosed or addressed when I was onsite. Not operating with integrity and fair common law practices.

I moved down from New York recently and needed a storage facility. I did my research and was highly impressed by the reviews! I met with Beverly initially and she is just a ray of sunshine! She is kind, knowledgeable, and taught me a lot about the area. There is also a gentleman named Matt that works with her and is such a pleasure to deal with. He has even shown me how to use the app on my phone so that I do not have to get in and out of the car every time that I come by. Admittedly, I am a very picky woman and I can tell you that they keep the facility impeccably clean! Cleanliness is a top priority for me! Unfortunately, the wind always blows leaves around the covered parking and storage area and Beverly is always blowing them away to keep them tidy. I truly admire her perseverance in keeping the place lovely inside and out. When my truck came down from New York, Beverly helped me picked the best storage location (and size) for me and the movers. The pricing is very competitive and I do not regret selecting this location, which is very centrally located. I had a storage in New York and they did not give the amazing hours that CubeSmart does. The storage units are open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM seven days a week, and that makes my life so much easier. If I did not have a job, I would definitely apply for a position! Front desk person doesn't know how to setup an account. I was setup with autopay from the start. I made sure if it and the guy had me stick my credit card in multiple times. I show up last night to put some stuff in storage and my code is declined. No notice! No email! No call! Super information. I show up today to ask what happened. First the guy, same guy who setup my account, says my credit card was declined. I was like not possible. Then he said my credit card wasn't on file. And I was like you just said it was declined. Then he provided me with the last four digits that they have on file, and I'm again like there is no way it declined. Further, had it actually been declined then you should've reached out me. Nothing happened except they locked me out. He then said I should download the app to keep track of payments! I'm like what is the point of autopay! Worse yet, they charged me a $29 late fee for their incompetence to correctly setup my account. If you're considering using this Cubesmart, do yourself a favor and just download the app from the start and avoid the front desk.

I received a call from Juan confirming my reservation and to see when I could go to finish the paperwork. Meeting him and Mrs. Beverly was simply a delight. Very professional, courteous, and very willing to help. I was shown a vacant unit and not only it was impecably clean the size was very spacious. The entire building smells clean, and the treatment to customers is like you were family. Definitely one of the best self storage sites in the Orlando area. I am very glad that I decided to make the reservation.

Cube smart is very greedy, they monthly charge is already high but they also give you no chance of redemption. Only reason I chose this company because it was very close by and I didn't need to rent a van but it turned out to be a huge costly mistake. I had a little bit of financial hiccup last month and got behind on a few bills. Most storage places charge a lien fee after 60 days or more but not greedy Cube Smart they charge 110 after only being 30 days past due and absolutely refuse to be lenient and try to work with you just one time. No redemption at all for being late just they just tell you over and over again like a robot with no soul that you sign a contract that states they will charge a lien fee after 30 days of being late, they can't even waived the fee one time and be compassionate one time. Not everyone has perfect financial stability. I will never rent from them again, I rather store my stuff in the woods before I give this greedy company another dollar.

Great place! They know what they are doing and go beyond the extra mile to make you feel at ease. Juan delivered excellent customer service, he’s knowledgeable, transmitted a no-pressure attitude as he explained the unbeatable prices--compared to other sites I have been/seen before. I highly recommend this place! It is well maintained, clean, therefore completely satisfied with my experience, especially with Juan. In addition due to his exceptional customer service, Juan has an infectious laugh, that makes you feel welcomed and secure.

Classic bait and switch and issues with promotions. Granted there were many changes when I was doing this but I asked Juan to change my time. I also asked whether the locks were on the doors of the unit or I would have to purchase one. I have talked with other storage facilities near my home and you have to purchase them because of the uniqueness of their doors. I was surprised to find out you didn't with the response being "We have locks and yes they come with the doors." I thought I was clear. He was clearly not trying to tell me the whole story. I can't give them a good rating because the mistrust was already there. Hope your experience was better than mine.

The complex is kept very clean and tidy. I was happy with all of my interactions with the office staff. The climate controlled units were a comfortable temperature. And most importantly to me, I always felt safe while I was there, which is big as a woman in a large city.

This facility has everything you would want in a storage area. My unit was very clean when I moved in. The management Melissa and Juan made sure that all my needs were satisfied. This facility is perfect with its drive through structure protecting you from bad weather. It even has vending machines if you need a snack or soda. The management there pay attention to detail which is hard to find these days. Thanks Melissa and Juan for making my stay a pleasure.

I enjoyed the location as it was convenient to me. But I had notified the office of a burnt out light directly above my unit. It was never fixed even though they said they would take a look. Moving out in the darkness will be such a pain.
