The carts are very worn out they are in so bad shape they need replacing some people eat food and leave garbage around

Jerry was the Bomb. He has excellent customer service skills. He was friendly and professional.

I will however say that the almost doubling of price after six months made me re-evaluate my storage needs and is why I ultimately decided to make room in my house for the items I chose to store.

The owner was polite and went above and beyond to accommodate. Great service. I would rent again had I not been relocating

Manager was awesome. The female employee could use some people skills and maybe at least a fake smile every once in a while. All were very helpful though.

This location is fantastic and so are the people. I am happy with the choice I have made choosing this storage company.

This facility is always courteous and professional and always remind you when payment is due! It’s clean and climate controlled ... really climate controlled - unlike other facilities I’ve used!

I choose this location as it was convenient and it is clean. The staff is friendly from the management to other staff. The only reason I moved out was because I couldn’t afford to pay the fee at that time, but if I had the funds I would keep the storage.

Excellent customer service at this facility, but the price I was paying increased a 15.53% within the first 3 months.

Elena O Connor is the best person there !!!! She was very kind and helpful to my needs. I am slightly handicapped and she assisted me to a better location and unit to meet my needs. She was very patient and kind. There were 2 broken toilets on the premises and some garbage laying outside in a pile that has to be cleaned up. . The bathrooms need to be cleaned better. Otherwise I am very happy.

Had other facilities in the part. Since my first experience with Cube Smart I became loyal and now rented with them for the 4th time.

The customer service is exceptional! The location is great, but after my divorce, I could have moved to a more convenient location for my new address, but I decided to stay with this location because I receive exceptional customer service & they are very efficient with returned calls, taking care of issues (if one arose), and they have exceeded my expectations, so I am staying at that location. Their pricing is competitive & the location is convenient to both I-95 & the turnpike. Even if it is a little further drive, I would recommend this location due to the service I receive.

They are very nice people and will help you in a very kind way and the prices for the quality of the storage spaces are good too!

Online access is terrible. It took me about 8 tries to get onto the site with the same information each time.

Everything about this facility is top notch! Between the customer service I received, the cleanliness of the facility and the security measures, I could not be happier with my choice. I highly recommend this location for anyone needed that extra bit of room.

I've had a few different storage units at other places. Public Storage was horrible in WPB off of Blue Heron. I was robbed there. Cubesmart is a lot cleaner, nicer and have had zero problems. AC galore. Great Lighting and dolly's on-site.... Definitely a great place you can be confident will protect your stuff.

I've been there about 1 year now and I have had no issues. Rent increased in 6 months, which I expected and was about $10 which was reasonable. I always find the place to be clean. I would recommend this to friends and family.
