I didn’t have to wait, I was acknowledged, the representative Ms. Rita was amazing she laughed and moved promo because she knew I fmhad my day ahead. She shared the app with me, she explained the process to me and I am totally comfortable and ready to continue using my space for a cube. ????

Went on the weekend to put some stuff in storage. The elevator was out of order and I could not find a trolly to move my heavy boxes down long hall ways and up to the second floor. Very disappointing. It took me almost 45 minutes to get 4 boxes to my storage unit. Meanwhile I had my 85 year old parents waiting in the car!!! Seems quite expensive for what you get!

Friendly and helpful staff; clean, climate-controlled facility.

Kia was very professional and courteous the facility is new spacious and I felt comfortable renting there I think you'd like it if you needed space.

Getting the unit online was easy but there were no weekend directions. Also, the carts were locked in the office so we had to carry everything to the second floor. It definitely took more time than it had to.

The representative that helped me both over the phone and in person. She was very friendly and knowledgeable

Very clean property but they raise prices to frequent for me. 3 times in 12 months. Air Conditioning doesn't work as well on the 3rd floor as it did on others. Which made it very difficult to move in the summer. Staff is always very friendly and helpful though.

So, Ms Kia, is a very responsible, respectable person. She makes sure the facilities is a good space to keep people’s belongings. She would personally call in to update, and that’s very rarely the case these days. Good customer service is hard to find!

Very clean and professional environment

I live in south Florida, and was able to reserve a reservation by phone and online easy.

Space was very clean. And the customer service was excellent. We never had an issue accessing the game for our property. I would recommend this location to absolutely anyone, especially Morehouse students, and parents.

The wait time was very short and the representative was very helpful. She explained everything to us and made suggestions on the unit size. The unit was clean; however, the numbering system was confusing. We had to walk around to find the unit.

The closing hours state 6pm, I arrived at 5:45 and they were closed.. there was another group that had been there before unloading an entire truck of stuff with no dolly because there wasn’t anyone present to assist. Completely unfair, change the hours if need be since the hours of operation don’t match the closing times. I want to return my temporary lock which is difficult since the hours conflict with work.. I assumed 6 was closing so I showed up as quick as I could.. I’m also pregnant so moving things by hand was tough.

Easy to set up on a Sunday which was great - great customer service on the phone- clean - but they have no carts - maybe 1 for the whole building - and feels like a lot of extra fees.

Needed a larger unit. Was already renting out 2 smaller units. Called and was told to pay for my 2 units and that I would get a credit when I moved out the 1 old smaller unit. I moved into the larger more expensive unit and even though I just paid for the smaller unit was then told I was misinformed and that I just lose the rent for the smaller unit. Even though I was only there for only 1 week and this place will easily re rent my unit now that I’ve moved out. I’ve never heard of collecting rent twice on the same unit. They rave about being #1 in customer service but their policy is ridiculous. This is all coming from the district manager. She told me I was supposed to do a transfer and that she would now credit the amount I paid but then I would lose my discount on the new unit. So now the new unit will cost me 35% more than I thought. This place is unbelievable and honestly unethical. I’m not sure how they would win #1 in customer service with these crazy policies. Its probably a lie. ??????? I will be taking my business elsewhere

Some days you come when they should be open and they will be closed for no good reason and no explanation. The place was clean and they gave us a good price but a few months later we got a post card stating the price of the storage changed to a much higher price. So we were faced with the decision to pay more than what were were promised or get a new haul and find a new place to store our items. It was much easier to pay the higher price than to move everything. The old switch-a-roo

How is that the employee calls me and I tell her I’m coming, she said her last appointment is at 4 even though they close at 5. I arrived at 3:14 and there is a sign on the door that says “at lunch.” I can see her eating at the desk and she points to the sign and mouths at lunch lol Who has lunch at 3:14 pm. The door is locked so I can’t go in to at least tell her I just want to see the storage. Professionalism seems to be hard to find these days. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Constant issues. Purge of automated payments, limited access to carts, issues with elevators. It's always one thing after another, so I'm constantly having to re-arrange my day because of it.

I've been renting a storage unit at this facility since they opened earlier this year. My experience has been absolutely amazing! Upon my initial visit, I met Christie, the store manager. She has always gone ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty in helping me to navigate any concerns or logistics when it came to my unit. A few months ago I met her co-worker, KK. She too has been a true pleasure to work with. I've used several storage companies throughout my lifetime and travels and I can honestly say that working with this location and the staff here has been the most pleasurable experience by far! In addition, this location is centrally located and very easy to access. If you are considering storing with CubeSmart on Whitehall St., think no more, it's a no brainer!!!

I have been looking for storage options and had called in weeks ago to inquire for further details. I received no response. I decided to visit the facility instead earlier this week. It was a nightmare. The people present were rude and hard to deal with. I don't know if it was a bad day but they came across unprofessional and the attitude was uncalled for.
