I came into the store 3/25 @about 5pm. I wanted to transfer my reservation from one facility to another. I was immediately greeted by Kaitlyn. She was absolutely amazing! Answered every question and showed every unit that was available for my needs. I ultimately decided to go to a different location bc of personal reason but I did want to leave a review to show case the excellent customer service I received. Thanks Kaitlyn!

Horrible customer service management sucks units are overpriced. Take my advice go to the public storage that they just built across the street. Nobody’s never there doing business hours always an inconvenience. If you need something out of the office manager told me if I don’t like the way they operate to move to another storage next exactly what I’m doing. All three of my units

Ashley was super sweet, I tried to make it easy and just needed a unit. She showed me the sizes which helped tremendously ! Great price and smooth process! I wish everyone was as sweet as her. It would make such a difference in peoples days.

Clean facilty, secure and easy to access.

Parking storage was fine. Management and administration were not good.

Kaitlynn took excellent care of me. She made sure I understood what I was signing and that all of my requests were met. Everyone was very polite and patient.

I went to go help a client move stuff out of his storage that's been there for years. For one they overcharged there was a lot of stuff stolen out of his storage that he's had in there. These items were sentimental and he trusted his stuff being there so we went and got everything and moved to a whole different. It has to be someone that works there because they was the only one that has the keys to the unit. Sad.....

Nice place to use for storage

Was given a discounted rate when signed up on line . Was told by rep when in store my rate would not change if I stay for 12 months and not mouth to mouth I said ok .The third month my payment went up 35.00 dollars

Ashley was AMAZING! She knows the layout of the building very well. We toured 2 units and from start to finish the process of renting my unit was 20 minutes or less. I must say that the elevator near the office has a damp odor smell and it is consistent throughout the building. Ashley reassured me they did not have an issue of moisture or pests. I would recommend they install air fresheners on the elevators and common spaces.

Ashley was very friendly and helpful. She walked me to my storage unit and explained everything to me. I signed my contract and she gave me all my information. The unit was clean the property was clean and appeared to be secure. My own lock and security code was given. I’m satisfied with everything.

This was my first experience with this company and Christina was very nice and informative. They offer first month free rent and very affordable monthly pricing. Rental space (10 x 10 x 8 ) is air conditioned and was very clean. I'm happy to have my things secured here with this company. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because of hours for access. 24/7 access would be awesome, but the hours are 6a-10p daily.. AND upon my arrival, during business hours might I add, I had to call customer service for them to contact their GM because the office was closed. No sign up informing anyone of any return time and there were people who'd already been there quite a while waiting. This set me back a bit, but I was contacted and told someone will be arriving soon (20-30 mins) and they did. Honestly there's nothing else i can really complain about lol they're awesome! Storage your things here!!

Beware. Customer service lied to me about being able to get a refund on the lock charge. I'm waiting to see if the district manager is willing to do something. Also...the location is not open on Sundays and Mondays. Also, I have only seen one roach so far crawling into one of the storage units near the north side entrance.

Devee' and Jazanah were both helpful and polite. I was having an issue with a disk lock. Devee' attempted two types of resolutions. And why neither of them proved effective. The final option was executed flawlessly! Great job and great experience.

Upon arriving to the facility I was greeted by Deveee, she was friendly and very welcoming. I advised her that I was looking for a small sized storage unit and that I was pricing different storage facilities in the area. We sat down and went over what size would best fit my needs, pricing and the benefits of using this particular facility. I will definitely be utilizing this facility based off of my interaction with her. She wasn’t in a rush and even though I was just pricing she didn’t brush me off, she still made me feel welcomed. I had a great experience and look forward to doing business with this location.

I've recently rented from the Cubesmart location in Lithia Springs, Ga on Blairs Bridge Rd. and the experience was great. What made my experience great was a young lady by the name of Devee' Hinton. Her knowledge of the size of the units and the specials that the company was currently running helped me make the best decision on what size was needed for my items to be safe. I'd definitely rent from them again.

Couldn't find carts to use, there are no emergency or after hours phone numbers provided to reach anyone. I think someone snuck into the building while I was moving my stuff in and had to call police when someone came in and lock themselves into the restroom. The facilities are clean and very well lit.

Horrible place dont rent from them i used them 1 year and the worse , rudest, and no customer service. When you call you never get though, then they lie and send documents to you while you stand there then tell you to call corporate because they wont get in trouble so useless you are totally desperate dont use them.I refered 2 other people and they lasted 3 months and got tired of dealing with the CIRCUS yall because CLOWNS run that location run as i was moving out yesterday 3 more people was moving and said the same thing. I have used storage units for the past 10 years but never been treated like that horrible. I would not even give 1 star but you have to so your review get done because they dont even deserve 1 star.

I have been out of work. I begged to maje payments on my unit but was told it was not an option. During covid times you would think people would have a heart.

Cube Smart Self Storage has a very friendly staff. The rate is competitive, and I was able to take advantage of a move in special. I also like the fact that my unit was easily accessible, and the storage company was always clean. The security set up makes customers feel safe. I would definitely use Cube Smart Storage in the future.

Please go elsewhere!! They only have 2 carts out the entire facility when most people move on the weekends yet you have to wait around forever to move your things. At some point 8will have to leave a d come back. They said they used to have one more cart but people keep stealing them. In my opinion when you have several people coming in your facility to move things you need to be prepared. Just terrible customer service trying to cut corners at your customers expense.

The online reservation process was very user friendly and easy to understand. I also received a followup call from an employee to see if I had any further questions or concerns.

Made a reservation on the 15th and was given a message that the mgr would contact me within 24 hours. I never heard anything. Todays the 18th and I have called the office several times throughout the day and even left a vm with no returned call. Needless to say, you just lost a customer. I called another storage rental place that answered the phone, my questions, and made my reservation within 5 minutes. Customer service is super important to me so I will not be referring this location to anyone

Space available was very clean and climate controlled. Didn't know you needed insurance but that was an easy fix. Wish they had hand carts as well as flatbed dollies but hey at least they're free to use. Great customer service. Will recommend.

Please beware that this company has a clause in the rental agreement that states: [ The Owner (CubeSmart) may change the terms of this Agreement by notifying me 30 days in advance. My use of the Cube after this 30 day period expires is My acceptance of those changes. Either I or Owner (CubeSmart) may terminate this Agreement at any time. If I terminate this Agreement before the end of a monthly Term, I will not receive a rent refund. ] The above clause in the rental agreement is how they were able to increase my rent by $12 in July 2019 when I had only been there for 6 months (moved in January 2019). Only giving me 30 days to decide if I wanted to accept this increase or hire movers, and pay to find another storage? The district manager claims that I was given a "promotional" discount and that the discount "fell off" after 6 months. This is not stated on my rental agreement which I signed, nor was it explained to me verbally. Instead they have chose to hide the right to increase the rate in the terms of the lease and disguise it as "a change of terms". Basically, this location needed to increase revenue and implemented rate increases even on units that are less than a year old. There was a time when lease agreements were binding until the lease term expired, granted the unit is being paid every month. Bottom line: *CubeSmart increased my rate by $12 after 6 mos *Sent me a email 30 days prior to the increase with no EXPLANATION *Verbally told me of some mystery promotion that never existed on paper Update: Thank you CubeSmart for replying, however I did not expect for my rate to stay the same for the life of my rental agreement. I EXPECT my rental agreement to remain the same for the FIRST YEAR. Similar to other rental storage companies I have leased with in the past 10 years!

CubeSmart started out being excellent for my needs and provided customer service that was exceptional by Kenny the former site manager. But at my departure it just went to s***. The new young black girl that works there is ghetto, I did a complaint 2 corporate who then turned it over to a regional Manor who was just as ghetto. I described her as ghetto because while she listened to my complaint and took notes, she lied about the compensation as well as being received a follow-up call or anything placed in the mail confirming my move out. This makes me think the regional manager that called me is probably too ghetto site manager who could not make any accommodations. Beware the area in Lithia Springs has changed and it is not for the good

The experience with Jasper was great. She explained everything too us. Also the price for our unit is a great price. The facility is extremely clean, brand new and peaceful with security cameras that work so I feel great in trusting Cubesmart with my items.

I have only had my unit for a week and I ready to move out. Everytime I come here there is only one cart and there is a line of people waitingto use it. This is the third time I have come today and still have to wait on a cart.

Place is infested with roaches! I purchased brand new furniture and appliances(still with shrink wrap on it) Mid-June and there was a delay on the closing of my home so I had to store my things in storage. Fast forward to Saturday July 28th I removed my things from storage and EVERYTHING was infested with the little brown roaches! I made a complaint to the office and was basically told to file complaint with corporate. I will never use them again!
