What a smooth and pleasant move! I have NEVER seen such a clean and well kept facility. I am sure Val has a lot to do with that. He is a very kind and knowledgeable man! It was a pleasure working with him and his assistant Doyle!

Move in was great. Move out was a nightmare as manager wanted to keep billing after we moved all of our items out of the unit. Beware, get verification and many pictures when you move out. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, NO VERBAL.

This place is great - They have a manager there that is lights out. Shout out to Valentin - great great customer service. Someone who enjoys his work. So nice to see someone with a positive attitude. If you are considering renting a storage space go here 1st. The facility itself is very clean and appears to be brand new. Their pricing is reasonable and lower than the competition. Honestly - if you are in the market for storage space - stop looking, you have found it.

Cheap & affordable. In the winter it's not super warm but it's doable. You can't get in without a code. Your unit has a padlock and netted on top. The customer service is A1. I'm actually going to invest in a bigger unit here pretty soon. So go talk to Valentin! ??

The 5 star is for the GM Valentin, Sir I really don't know how you do it. I stop in with an issue with my unit, when I walked in he was on the phone. He smiled and greeted me. Told me it would be just a minute. While I was waiting I was able to hear the phone call he was on. The person on the other side of the phone was yelling and talking to him like an animal. He kept his cool and let this person talk to him like that. When he hung up he apologized to me for my wait and then helped with my issue. I can truthfully say if my boss talked to me like that I would have asked the customer to leave and I would have locked up and found another job. RESPECT

I had to move my whole life into this place, and then downsize my unit and eventually move on from needing storage at all. Every step of the way was smooth as far as storage was concerned. Units are inside a temperature controlled building and I always felt my stuff was safe. There's even a bathroom in there if you need to use it while moving. Shoutout to the manager Valentine! If you have any questions talk to this man. He does a terrific job of keeping the place clean and secure, and I have to say I have never enjoyed paying a bill in my life, but going in and talking to him while paying my tab felt like stopping in to visit a friend more than taking care of a chore. Nothing but good things to say. Thanks for everything!

This is the best storage facility I’ve used. Why? It’s convenient on E. State St., very secure, very clean & heated. I had to store a piano & electronics in winter. It’s easy to use the keypad entry glass double doors & they provide carts at the entrance & inside, every unit has bolt-cutter proof locks. Your hours of access from 6am-10pm are great. The icing on the cake is Valentino who will rent you your unit. He’s not only knows his business & will help you to quickly assist you with your options! Now top this off: There is a clean bathroom inside your secure facility! If you’ve ever done moving in storage units you know this is such a customer need ??. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have been looking for climate controlled space for items that are delicate and have to be cooled and heated. I was unable to climb stairs so we did need to do a little shopping around. Staff onsite and on the administrative side were very quick to help resolve the very minor hiccup I had. And that hiccup was at least partially due to my own mistake of calling the wrong facility and doing so after hours (really it was 100% my mistakes). Valentine and the CubeSmart team handled the issue with grace and diligence. They had it fixed in under 24 hours. Would gladly use this facility and this company in the future.

We had a great experience at this facility. It's clean and the manager, Valentine, is great to work with! Our month was going to be up and we still had a china cabinet that we hadn't been able to sell. So we are donating it to Restore Habitat for Humanity and they are picking it up. They aren't able to get there before my month is up, so Valentine made arrangements for me to be able to vacate the unit and not be charged an additional fee for the extra days, AND he's going to handle letting them in to get it!!! How nice is that! I highly recommend this facility.

I had reserved a 10 X 30 storage a couple of months ago and spoken to Valentin about seeing the actual unit before leasing it. I flew into O'hare on a Sat, but my flight was delayed. I called to let him know, I was running late b/c of my flight. He said no problem, take your time and I will stay around for you. He kept his promise. I got into town close to 6 PM on Sat and he was still here to show me the storage and go over the facility with me. Very nice and clean facility and Valentin was more than helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Originally worked with Judy, who was fabulous and very helpful in getting me into a unit that was just right for me. Very clean, well lit, convenient location. I had to follow up regarding changing the billing date, and this time was assisted by the manager Valentin. He helped with my original question, and also assisted with setting up a Uhaul. Valentin was incredibly helpful, and had a great sense of humor for bonus points.

If you have Christmas stuff I would not go here... They close the for at 10 pm and when putting your stuff in a different cantor after asking would it be more money.. The manager said no.. And then I had people calling my phone telling me they where going to cut my ?? of if I didn't pAy for an additional 2 mouths... Never again I will go back to throw other place... To top off every thing the manager keep asking what we were getting him for Christmas.. So I brought a something his wife would enjoy....

Excellent facility, but more importantly excellent service. It's nearly impossible to find a self-storage facility staffed with compassionate knowledgeable people. If you appreciate those qualities along with a well lit and modern facility then this location should be your choice.

Getting a storage unit was fast, easy and convenient. Valentino was very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. The store was clean and the storage area was clean. There's easy access to my unit. It's well lit and security cameras seemed to be in place.

Facility was very clean... Valentin was extremely helpful and courteous... He showed 5 lockers that absolutely fulfilled my storage needs... Also Valentin's professionalism led me to reserve another storage locker on senstrom... you need to clone valentin at all your locations... I highly recommend this new facility...
