Carmen Thank You For Your Great Customer Service!!

Do not take advantage of the free moving truck rental. Totally not worth it. Just rent a UHaul. Been waiting for this truck for 4 hours.

No climate control. Very rude employees. Inconvenient facility hours. And predatory storage prices that go up randomly.

I had to pay the monthly rent to cancel my lease. I was 9 days late and they didn't let me get my items until I paid the rent even though I was canceling the lease. I will be making a complaint with BBB and disputing the charge with my bank as well.

Cube smart staff was so nice and helpful made the service so much easier. Ms. Tracy is a delight she helped me find the storage that’s perfect for me especially because I had no prior knowledge either. She was patient and very welcoming.

There were 2 specialists at CubeSmart that was courteous and attentive to my needs.

As of the the first day since signing up on line the transactions and units are clean and smell nice.. Small locker looks spacious enough to hold seasonal and must keep items.

It was good beside the fact that it always seem to increase in price every month. However, I didn't need it any more and that was the only reason why I'm leaving.

Carmen made our experience seamless! She is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us select the best storage space for our needs.

I've been renting the unit since 2018, What I like if that it's clean and quiet. Down part of that is they have raised the prices tremendously.

The storage is very clean and very secure but they are bathroom is never clean either they are short of toilet paper or napkin to dry your hands. Apart from that they are good I've been renting the unit for years from 2017 to date.

I've had nightmare experiences with storage facilities in the past, but this one, by far has been the best!! The units are similar to other places like Manhattan storage, but the price is much more affordable. What sets this place apart from others is the customer service. The front desk rep, Jonathan Coleman, was exceptional. I had the opportunity to speak with him about getting a unit. He was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. My husband and I own a cleaning company and often visit cubeSmart daily. Every time we visit cubeSmart at East Tremont, the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Looking for a storage unit with affordable pricing and staff ,that are willing to go above and beyond this is the place for you.

I recently visited this facility and was very pleased with how friendly and helpful Carmen was. I recommended CubeSmart to a friend of mine I have a unit at a different location but this location was closest to my friend. Carmen took time to show my friend different units and explained everything very well she had great customer service overall.

I have a 10×15 unit at this location . The staff is well trained and provide good customer service . I'm only giving 3 stars caused of they gave me a price which they raised it after the 3rd month !! Also you will only have acces to your storage after 9am to 6pm , making it really difficult if you need a tool or something for that same day you'll be loosing a good portion of your morning waiting for them to open.

It was a very smart move. It’s clean and location is wonderful for me. They were honest with me about pricing. They save me over $100 dollars with the change over. They are like Fort Knox they make it hard for anyone to steal your belongings. Did I mentioned that they stay open Monday through Sunday from 8 to 8 the office and the lot. I really don’t know what storage does these things for their customers.
