DON'T USE THIS STORAGE LOCATION! Customer service is nonexistent here, their store manager Kendra Pelle repeatedly berates customers who visit this location. I've personally witnessed this staff member speaking down to immigrants, cursing, mumbling under her breath, & having no desire to assist patrons with issues they face in the facility. If you want quality service paired with your storage experience save yourself the trouble & use a storage facility that has employees that can be of service with rates that are reasonable. I needed to have police assist me after the store manager yelled at me via intercom & refused to assist herself. I've reached out to CubeSmart to no avail which doesn't surprise me. Keep in mind businesses always respect NEW patrons so they can collect your money. The sentiments of those who have been in the location beyond an introductory visit are telling their TRUE experience on the overall energy at this establishment.

DO. NOT. USE. THIS. FACILITY. I have many grievances and very little patience to go over every single one but I'll give the basics in hopes it will help someone else. Customer service is nonexistent in this location. The employee available most at this time is a young woman who hates her position & ensures to carry that energy over to their patrons. Cursing, mumbling under her breath, & having no desire to assist with simple issues are all part of her expertise. The elevator has issues periodically (a week being the longest I have proof of personally), keep this in mind if you're in need of disability access. Not to mention the price goes up every 4-6 months after getting out of your initial rate. Save yourself the headache & use a storage facility that has employees that can be of service and rates that are reasonable.

They put a lock on my storage unit for no reason. I call them up and say that it was for no payment/then late payment. I said how is that posible if I have autopay and the money is debit automatically. He then says let me check your account your right, it was a mistake. That probably they got confuse and put it on the wrong storage unit. Imagine my stuff would have been thrown out because of their negligence or better said not doing their job correctly. Horrible customer service as well they want to get an attitude with you when they are wrong.

I proceeded to offload my van because there were other clients going in and out unloading as well. She was very belligerent and yelled to the top of her voice using foul language, that I am here every week and she’s always seeing me. I feel very violated and disrespected in front of the public. No way should a customer be treated that way. Everyone around stated that they also had a negative experience with this employee before. Because I asked for her name to make a formal complaint she threatened to evict me from her cubesmart and ordered me to leave her premises using explicit language. The internet has closing time as 7PM. She denied me access because I arrived at 6:15 PM. Check the cameras on this day. You can verify that I came with enough time. To be treated this way is inhumane. She did not know if I had to empty my van so that I could have room to sleep in it. The language she used and the treatment of me in front of other customers is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer to cubesmart for many years but I have to rethink that. As I was leaving a truck came with persons who was let in. This is unfair. Equal opportunity is not upheld nor respected at this establishment. I came there stressed out and left feeling much worse. What a pity!

The best experience at this facility. Ali was the first to settle me in 6 months ago....and through time Roudy the manager had helped us as well. She is amazing and sooo helpful and understanding of what my Husband and I need in terms of convenience. So happy I moved from public storage where the employees didn’t care to know us. They are always asking me about my son and get happy to interact with him. Even he looks forward to saying hello to them. Calls them his friend. Got a call from cube smart today and In regards to a payment for my unit and I was confused as to how it didn't go thru, but I was helped by a lady named Tyasia Brown, (I had to get her name) Who was extremely patient with me and walked me through all the options to get my payment back in order, via website or the new app. I opted for the new app - which is a little glitchy but it's new as Tyasia Brown informed about. My payment went through and now I'm a happy camper.
