Mark and his staff in Mt Pleasant SC did a great job. Always clean and well maintained. I wouldn't use any other storage facility.

I chose Cube Smart due to it’s location to my house. Location was spotless-hallways, grounds etc… Prices were comparable all around so it was definitely the cleanliness that hooked me.

Beware of Cubesmart. My rental rate has increased by $20 each of the 6 years I have been with them. It is now 100% higher than my first year. Like clockwork, I receive the rate increase notice by the end of February. Can't blame Brandon on this one.

We called at 5:58-- 2 minutes before they close-- and asked if she could stay open for us and she did, she waited for us and was so sweet about it, didn't even give us a hard time. Great place. Terri is really easy to work with. She helped me during a difficult move when I needed to get access during the weekend on a quick trip down prior to the actual move. She handled everything over the phone and I had no issues once I arrived. Accessing the storage was never a problem. The area was always clean and safe. I moved here from PA in August 2018 to a condo. I needed storage for all my holiday decorations, seasonal items and many boxes I would be unpacking later. Herbie showed me the inside units which are clean, bright and climate controlled. He helped me choose the right size and the prices are very reasonable. I was worried about dampness in a storage unit but I haven’t had any problems. He and Terry are always available and helpful if you have any questions.

Professional in every way from the staff that will help you every step of the way and look out for your best interest with the nicest manors to the units that are very clean and kept nicely is obvious that a lot of care is taken on maintenance with security at the top of the priority list as well. I leased one unit now and in two weeks I will lease another.

I reserved a unit online and it was very easy. Once I arived the staff was very pleasant and helpful the site of very clean and easy to access. The only issue I have is I was quoted $138 online for a 10x15 unit but the failed to inform me that I would have to pay a $24 sign up fee and be required to buy insurance for another $12. So my initial cost went from $138 to $174 with all the extra fees. It’s not a big deal but it would be nice if you disclosed this up front. Your pricing is a little misleading. Also you can only access the storage units from 6am-10pm. And gates lock promptly at 10pm so don’t get stuck inside or you’ll be screwed.

Easy key pad gated access. Nice wide open drive thru with large roll up doors and Motion sensor lights. Friendly staff that mind their own business. 24 hour on site security is a plus! Average price on units buy the units were large enough for us to store up to 10 hot tubs in a unit. (we buy in bulk)

Really had great experience! I met with Reed who showed me available units, advised pricing and paperwork was completed in less than 45 mins. Reed was super nice and very professional. The place itself is very clean, nice grounds with easy access (I like units are only one level), great prices and great hours.

In addition, Ronnie was extremely professional and knowledgeable which gave me the confidence I needed to leave my household goods there. Debbie was super nice, personable and helpful as well. And, I could tell when existing customers came into the office that they had good relationships and experiences with them as well. My household goods mean a lot to me and I am confident that I made the right decision to store them at this location.
