I had a bad experience using another storage unit and from the beginning, Sara has made me feel that my items were safe and the facility was secure.

Originally wanted another storage size, but after learning it was best to get a climate controlled unit they ended up not having it available. Sarah, the customer service rep on site was super helpful. While she didn’t have the unit I was looking for, she found one at another CUBESMART that did, and wrote their information/prices on a sticky note. I was already hot and moving is never fun, but this small gesture made huge difficult. She cared about what I actually needed instead of just signing me up for any kind of unit. Thank you, Sarah!

I came to the location in Atascocita with less than 5 mins till they closed. I was greeted by Sarah and I could not have had a more pleasant interaction. I told her I had an online reservation and wanted to see the the storage to check for appropriate size. I feel in these situations employees will usually say, "we're about to close come back another day". This was not the case. Sarah checked the reservation online and proceeded to show me the storage unit. She was very informative and very nice person. CubeSmart, Sarah is the perfect example of what an employee should be.

The responsiveness and help from the team at Cube Smart (hope they'll forgive me if i don't remember their names), was outstanding. I had my car protected with a car cover and was blown off by the wind. They eailed me and put it back on for me. Superb.

I rented this storage shed for 157.00. That is monthly and having it taken directly out of my bank. That is for a 5x10 and not even a discount per month for taking it out directly. I ask the counter rep. No she says never Really!! I'm moving to another facility asap.

Price goes up every year and since I had so many items in one of their largest units I had to deal with the price increase. Also the AC Would stop working in the climate controlled units and i was never notified about it so I don’t even know how long my belongings were in the heat. The price is expensive and the service is poor.

They also will eventually change the rate of your unit out of nowhere DONT FW THESE PPL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't get used to a good price...it will not last long. They lure you in with an amazing low offer and then every couple months you get an increase. You end up doubling the cost in a short period. I give them 3 stars because they do have nice facilities but the constant price increases is the part that is disgusting. To the owner: Understably prices do go up, which is what I said happened. It is the frequency it happens while you use my new higher rates to lure in others at low low rates. It gets old calling in to the manager every couple of months to get my rate reduced back to normal...if it was that simple, just keep the rate lower.

The storage experience was effortless and pleasant. The staff was nice and professional. My things were kept safe without any damage or tampering. Overall, almost five years of care free storage.

Neat and Service was Awesome

Ive been renting here to store tools and job materials since july of 2019 and have had only one issue with the unit which was promptly taken care of by an employee that lives on the property. I think her name is Paula. My only other dislike about the facility is that after 10pm you cannot get thru the gates. I sometimes get late night emergency calls and don't always have what I need on my truck and its locked up in there. (1/2 a star deduction for that so its really a 4.5)

An older facility, but reasonably clean inside. I did get a good rate for a 10x25 climate controlled space. The manager has a simple approach to customer service - crude & rude. Good luck finding a handcart. The less scrupulous customers have absconded with most of those. On the upside, this provided a perfect opportunity to teach the entire customer base a lesson by not replacing them. Some forward thinking that. As for fees, I'm surprised they don't charge a $10 Admin Fee just to walk in the door. To be fair, this does appear to be an industry practice. Update: After being there a while now, I can provide an update on another Cube Smart practice... they will increase your price every few months, hoping the hassle of moving will keep you there.

Be wary of their "first month free" service. What they really mean is that you won't pay your first month rent fee along with your service fee when you first sign up and get your storage space. They still bill you your first initial month. Wish I had caught onto that. It's still a good space for a decent price, but it's still a tad misleading.

These people are THIEVES!!! THE FACILITY STOLE FROM MY UNIT! They stole THOUSANDS of dollars worth of property!! They stole tv's, furniture, clothes, shoes, mattresses, box spring, my kids toys, my 4 year old daughter's vanity; along with many many more things!! They didn't know what to say when my husband looked in our unit! We are in the process of SUING THEM!! This was an inside job!! The facility is gated with coded access only! They NEVER filed a police report! The lady general manager seemed very nervous after the discovery! Either she is in on it or she knows that this is going to get really ugly! We worked hard for what we had, we trusted CUBE SMART, and they thought they would get away with robbing us!! DO NOT store your belongings here! Their employees are very capable robbing you!!!

I recently needed to rent a parking spot for an extra trailer that I had while I was waiting to sell it. I have been a customer with Cubesmart for over a year but needed an extra spot for a week or two. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The reason I docked one star is because even though I only needed the spot for a short time I was still charged for a full month and was told that it would not be prorated from the time I was not using the spot. So now I have an empty spot that I have paid for but I am not using. This seems like a waist of my money and there's as the spot could be rented if they just prorated it. On top of all of it I have been on time with my payments every month and referred people to this storage facility. I am sure this is not a reflection of the people that work there but more a reflection of corporate inefficiency.

From the beginning when I called, there was no haggling. I scheduled a reservation of a unit and was given the ok for that reservation. When I got there the young lady (Shanice) was more than just a salesperson. She was very friendly to my wife and I. She knew her job and even gave us some tips for storing our things. I would recommend CubeSmart Self Storage to anyone.

I've never had an experience like this before. Told Shanice the unit is wanted, she asked what I was storing, I told her and she recommended the right unit for me. I'm glad I listened, everything fit just perfect. Then Ms. Paula came out and the 3 of us laughed and talked while we finished setting everything up. Wonderful people and a great experience.

The insurance sucks here. If you use this location please don't pay extra for the insurance thru Great American. I had a very poor experience with Nicole N of Great American Insurance. Even if you decided not to pay my claim on all my life possessions that were ruined in a Cube Smart unit that was insured by your company.All my things mildewed and stained with water! And your company decided it's not a insurance claim? My things were perfect when I trusted this company with my things and I paid on time!! She never returned calls or emails. I had to call to inquire just to get an update. Am I sadden by my loss yes because I'm a single parent and it's a huge blow to my kids and I. That's not you're fault right? Well I do deserve respect and compassion and Nicole has ZERO. I will be letting all my social media friends know about the very poor experience I've had being insured by this agency. I must say cubesmart is a great storage facility but Mrs.Shanice Robinson makes it even better with her warm smile and friendly demeanor I will continue to store with cubesmart espically the one on Atascosita rd.
