Vivian and Dondrick, or “D” were both resourceful and courteous. They were quick to help out when needed at the storage & were very kind, they’re the friendly faces of CubeSmart and I am grateful for their help.

The only thing I can say that is negative is that the facilities computer is very slow and makes the process longer than need be. Perhaps an upgrade or fixing the current computer for faster service. I had a great experience here. Reserving online was really easy and I had everything I needed to get into the unit without a problem. There was a bit of a hiccup with reserving the truck, but Vivian was wonderful getting it worked out. She was great and very responsive in her communication.

Very satisfied with this rental, which usually is a standard experience across different companies so the management here is what made the difference. Being helpful & visible at the property is always a plus but especially appreciated was their prompt follow-up for questions and changes I had for the office. With all the other variables in a move it’s good to not worry about trust & professionalism for the storage part.

Items placed in storage here do not stay clean. When I moved my belongings, they were covered with dirt. Management does not treat customers like they appreciate their business.

I went in to gather information, & Blanca was wonderful, very Courteous and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean.

Clean storage units and friendly staff. I had my items there for almost a year and a half. I always felt safe while there and the facility was always clean. I NEVER had any issues with bugs or insects in my unit (climate controlled). This is a great place to store your items!

Convenience of doing it all online. There are smaller sizes available for just a few containers, the wide doors make it worthwhile. I like the indoor storage availability. Price is reasonable. You do have to get a lock through them at checkout online and insurance but it is worth it and reasonably priced. For what I needed a small one for a few containers it was worth it and almost half the monthly price at a normal small outdoor storage.

Been reliant and incredibly considerate. I know I have forgotten to pay on time a couple times and most companies would have ran with it and closed me account and auctioned off my mist valuable things but you guys gave me a heads up with a reminder and I appreciate that. Life moves fast and its hard to catch up. Thank you for letting me make it.

Had to rent a storage space last minute! CubeSmart had a great deal that beat everyone else out of the water! When I got there, the place was very clean, property seemed like it was well monitored. Gated, Security onsite, 24-hr surveillance. Previous reviews indicated no problems with thefts or break-ins. Little further out of my way, but for the price, worth driving a little farther! Will update in a few months! Praying it will be a good review ??

Their customer service is impeccable! I had reserved a unit a couple months back and had to keep moving our moving day. Blanca, the manager, always answered the phone and accomidated my new movie in date accordingly with the unit I wanted. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of reserving a unit too small and they were out of the size we needed. They even called to another location to see if we can get the right size, but it didn't work out. Not their fault as I just didn't think we needed a bigger unit until move in day. But they absolutely deserve the 5 stars for customer service and being so patient with me. They were so nice about the whole situation!

The management provides the best customer service. The facilities are very clean, affordable, and the hours are perfect. I just completed a year at this facility and will continue to utilize this CubeSmart.

The whole experience was very good. They were friendly, polite and very helpful. I was at another storage place (public) that seemed shady on the pricing and security. The employee was rude too, but at Cube Smart Anita was extremely nice and accommodating. I got exactly what they stated on the phone when I made the reservation and they didn’t try to up sell me. I would do business again!

The unit is advertised as one month free but what is in the fine print is there's a $24 administrative free which basically cancels out the free month. I was also charger $12 per month for insurance which was never mentioned at all until I went to rent the unit. I received an email telling me $24 was due when I went to pay for it. I didn't have the extra $12 and I was so embarrassed and upset. I'll be keeping my stuff here for one month and then move it .

Could be better. Sometimes people sleep in their TRUCKS there and it poses a security risk!

We had to call her 3x to change our arrival date at Cube Smart and she took it all in without a flinch! Very conscientious to give us a good deal. Answered a novice's questions with patience. Treated us almost like family. Extremely clean and well-maintained property inside and out. Pleasant experience. Would highly recommend her and her facility.

I have really bad experiences with this storage. I rent the storage for over 4 years from the old owner, the last couple years I put my stuff there and I be back last week to get my stuff to move out the state. But when we open the door, the rat was dead inside the storage, all my stuff was destroy and smell terrible. I have to throw all my things. When I talk to the manager he said sorry but nothing they can do, we have to lost everything and paid for the last two years for crazything. They said it's not my fault, not their fault, it's someone's fault .... but finally I lost everything, and paid the last two years for hell.

What started out to be a disastrous day during this Memorial Day weekend turned out to be the best humankind experience I have ever had. I was hauling a 1977 Dodge D100 Adventurer from San Antonio, Texas to Sierra Vista, Arizona -- a truck that has been in this storage facility for over 12 years. Guardian Storage was lucky to have had Paul & Donna as the previous managers. Now that CubeSmart has taken management over this facility, Blanca has brought it up a couple notches. The desire to provide excellent customer service was evident and devoted professionalism separates Blanca as one of the elite in this industry. This is the kind of professionalism that many business establishments lack! I highly recommend this storage facility! TOP NOTCH! OohRaah! - from two grateful USAF retired Arizona flyboys!! Fantastic and clean facility/outstanding customer service From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable. The Manager greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me to the facility. Her customer service skills are top-notch. I spent 13 years in Japan and the Japanese people strive to provide the best customer service, well she matched that and them some! Her knowledge of the facility, the procedures and features were awesome! Above all her professionalism, you can tell she truly enjoys her job and genuinely cares about her customers. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility, FIVE starts for sure!

Mrs. Sosa was so welcoming from start to finish! She made my experience quick and easy and was very informative. She gave me a tour and showed me all the perks cubesmart had to offer. The storage was clean and had a good price as well and I'm satisfied with the security of the building and feel at ease leaving my belongings there!!! Mrs. Hile was equally as great, I ended up getting a second storage and it was just as fast and easy as the first visit.

The Manager Blanca Sosa went above & beyond for us. We wanted to move things in Saturday however a construction was working on the pavement on the property so we had to wait until Sunday to move our belongings. We were running a bit behind for the 3pm Sunday business hours to come in & complete paperwork so she was so kind given the inconvenience & met us after hours to do paperwork& even took the time out to change the size that we picked & get us a much larger unit. I can't even express how grateful we are for her doing that for us especially because she was off the clock. You can't find employees like that all the time....kudos to her

The Manager, Blanca Sosa, provided exceptional service. The ease of renting a storage space was handled with professionalism. The Manager went out of her way to make sure the rental process and the storage space was made available to me even after I arrived earlier than expected, as I was traveling from out-of-state. Her friendliness and ability to expedite the paperwork ensured my loyalty and future rental needs will remain with CubeSmart Self Storage.

Moved out of the unit a while back. They changed ownership while I was a customer there (with a friend.) Much preferred the mom and pop shop it once was, they raised the prices when they changed. It is a good and convenient place to use though.

After searching for a storage unit, I came across the Guardian Self Storage-Bandera Rd..I contacted them;where I spoke with Donna she provided me with the information that I needed...After being in my unit for sometime now; I experience some hardships& family deaths...Long story short,I contacted Donna(Paul) because I didn't want to lose my unit..They were very understanding as well as professional. They explain what I needed to do to secure my unit..I was very Happy..with their service and concerns..that when my daughter needed a unit I didn't hesitate to send her to see Donna & Paul@ Guardian...The site is ALWAYS clean& well kept..What wonderful people Donna & Paul are;they are truly AWESOME!.... After many phone calls looking for storage units, I was pleasantly surprised when calling Guardian Self Storage - Bandera Rd.. Donna was quick to provide information on storage unit sizes, availability and prices. Since I wasn't ready to rent at that time, as promised, Donna made the agreed upon follow-up call to me. I was already impressed, but when my wife and I physically went in to tour the facility, we were blown away with the cleanliness of the facility and the awesome customer service provided by both Donna and Paul. I would definitely check this place out you; won't be disappointed!
