Employees are very helpful. Unfortunately, this storage facility has security issues. Homeless people have access and sleep inside the building. I think it's fine but unsafe for offloading in the evenings. Climate control system is not working on the second floor. This facility is negligibly addressing these issues it seems to me.

The manager was cordial and accommodating. We highly recommend this Storage facility over Public Storage.

Daniel was extremely helpful with sorting out an issue I had with a late payment. I told him what I needed done and he made it happen. I give 5 stars for Daniels tenacious will to get the job done, as well as his sympathy for another man's struggle.

This location has a broken security gate, no camera's that monitor hallways, and zero access control since the gate and doors are always open. I was told there was no immediate plan to fix the gate and then I read the google reviews and found that the gate has been broken for more than a year. This is shocking. I believe this place should be shutdown.

I live in Fairfax. There are many places I could rent storage. None as great as the Cubesmart on Draper Dr. The place is outstanding, well organized, clean, always watched over by staff to make sure everything is in working order and our items are protected. Kevin and Daniel are the most professional, customer oriented, and knowledgable I have ever dealt with. Kevin is an example of what all employees should be. Will never go any where else

This place will charge you a lien if you missed one month of payment and will not waive the late fees which they apply after 6 days and 10 days. Zero compassion, and ridiculous. High way robber! And they can’t divulge their hierarchy to escalate the matter. I’m going to the Best Business Bureau. It was easy to unload after figuring out how to get access when the office is closed. I just wish there was an after hours number to assist with figuring out the process instead of wasting almost 45 minutes. Also wished the elevators were wide enough for pulling a queen size mattress and bed set horizontally instead of having it vertically. Cool place though

I recently moved to the area and was unable to find a drive-up unit at the local storage units with same company I was using before. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Across the street I saw CubeSmart and walked over. Even though I got in there 3 minutes before closing time, Daniel greeted me with a big smile. I quickly told him what I was looking for so I would not interrupt his closing duties too long. He was as excited as I was when I found out there were some openings. I thanked him and told him I’d come back the next day to check them out, but he insisted we could still look at them then, even though he had clocked out already. We looked at two units, each with pros and cons so I was still unsure about which I wanted. Told him I’d make a decision that night so he offered to reserve whichever I was leaning towards the most without any obligations attached and he glad did the reservation. I ended up getting this unit. The place, units, bathroom are all clean and superb customer service from Daniel. What more can you ask. Very happy with my move.

I have been a customer of Cube Smart for 10 years, including more than 3 years at the current location. Staff has been helpful at all times and I have enjoyed easy, safe access to my items. Recently downsized my unit and Kevin made the transaction quick and convenient.

Make sure you read the fine print on pricing. It might seem cheap at first, but once the full rate kicks in (and you're happily downsized), you suddenly will owe 30% more every month. The facilities are below average, pretty unkempt, but ok for what it is. Friendly front desk staff though!

Daniel was very professional and attentive. He answered all of my questions and gave me and my movers the equipment and time we needed.

The location was clean, easy access, & carts were available. In addition with parking indoors for loading & unloading, the weather was never an issue.

Based on a previous experience with another Cube Smart location, I reserved a storage unit online at the Fairfax, Draper location based on a favorable price. However, when I visited the Fairfax location on Draper I found a broken security gate---which allowed unrestricted access to storage units. Plus only 2 of 3 elevators were working. The manager, who was very honest and professional, told me he did not know when the gate and the out-of-order elevator would be repaired. I canceled my reservation and decided to rent a storage unit elsewhere.

After some really bad experiences in the area it was a surprise to be able to speak and deal with a helpful and friendly property manager - great job Kevin! Facility is clean and I am very happy so far.

Great price, was very happy getting in and out of the storage unit. The covered bay for unloading from a larger truck that wouldn't fit right next to the storage unit was very helpful.

The manager was extra attentive and nice. She put off her lunch to show me the umits and set up the rentail contract. She walked me through all the details and made sure that everything works well.

Stay away I repeat stay away from Kevin the manager I have never seen someone with such a bad attitude then this man. He is the manager here and my advice if you need to ask questions call the company themselves or talk to someone other then Kevin. Worst service and bad attitude I have ever experienced was not willing to answer questions that I had even tho I been here for over 10 years! Gave me a bad attitude did not want to do his job right and he just seems like he hates life. He’s name is Kevin he is the manager and I will have a discussion with the supervisor of this place. He should not be working there with that mentality toward people not friendly what so ever.! Everyone else is great tho.

You could not ask for anyone to be more helpful, friendly or accommodating than Kevin. He makes it so easy to use the storage facility.

The facility is very clean and well-lit. I worked with Kevin during the entire rental process. Kevin is professional, friendly, and patient. He took me on a tour of the facility and showed options for specific storage units. He then provided a detailed explanation on every aspect of the rental agreement, answering all questions. There are always carts available. Overall, I would give Kevin an A+ for the exceptional service he provided. I am happy I chose CubeSmart for my storage needs.

Nice storage for decent price

This is my second time using this CubeSmart and ever so glad i did. The customer service is excellent. I worked with Jasmine who was very knowledgeable and attentive. From my very first visit to check out CubeSmart, the entire staff was very friendly. Especially the management, Steve Chisholm. He always waves and says HI when I move stuff in or out. He has even came out to open the bay doors to facilitate my off-load. Without me asking or knowing he was doing it. Cubesmart is a great place for any storage needs. The personnel there are very friendly, and always available to help. When we moved in, they locked the elevator so we had an easy time moving to the second floor. The facility is always clean, parking is easy, and the security is excellent.

I was scheduled to use my free 4 hour truck rental that CubeSmart offers for new customers. This was at the Herndon location. The truck broke down the day before I was scheduled to use it. CubeSmart contacted 4 locations in the area until they found another truck available, which was on the morning of the day I needed it to move. I ended up at this Fairfax location and worked with Colleen, who was extremely helpful and professional. I'll be recommending CubeSmart over any competing storage facilities to any friends or family who need some extra storage!

Functional, stocked climate controlled indoor restroom. Climate control works well in storage areas. Indoor covered parking for loading and unloading in any weather. Great vending machine. Highly recommended.

Love this storage. Very convenient location. Loading dock for trucks next to elevators. They have their own truck to use for move in, but they hiding it from people's eyes. Climate controlled. I rented a space for my daughter to use. CubeSmart was the first and only facility I contacted. My initial contact by phone went so well that I didn't research any others. That is NOT the way I usually do things, but I had a good feeling about it. My daughter just called me and expressed her great satisfaction with her check-in experience. The space that was recommended is perfect; the staff was welcoming and helpful; the location is convenient and the facility is well kept and secure. And, we got a follow-up call when they found some hardware left in the elevator she'd used. Could not be more pleased with my choice.
