Guy Middlebrooks
Executive Vice President of Operations
Guy is CubeSmart’s Executive Vice President of Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of more than 1,500 stores nationwide with more than 2,700 teammates on his team including store teammates, district managers, divisional vice presidents, and the Operations Management, and Third Party Management teams.
Prior to this role, he was the Senior Vice President of Third Party Management where he helped shape our industry-leading management platform and develop countless partnerships.
Guy joined CubeSmart in 2006 as a District Manager in the Atlanta, GA and Jacksonville, FL markets, where he built a strong management team and improved operating results of a large district. In December of 2008, he was promoted to Director of Operations in CubeSmart’s corporate office in Malvern, PA. From there, his career continued to grow as he took on the role of Vice President of Operations before taking on leadership of Third Party Management. Now, as he leads both our operating platform and our third party platform, he plays an instrumental role in shaping the CubeSmart culture.

Devin Crow
Vice President of Third Party Management
Devin is CubeSmart’s Vice President of Third Party Management and oversees our Business Development, Store Transitions, and Relationship Management teams. He is responsible for expanding our management services, implementing innovative operational strategies, and strengthening relationships with property owners and investors.
Devin joined CubeSmart in 2014 as a District Manager, helping grow our footprint in central Texas over five years. Most recently, he served as the Senior Director of Third Party Management, where he helped shape our management platform as our managed portfolio grew from nearly 600 stores in 2019 to more than 900 stores at the end of 2024. Prior to CubeSmart, Devin worked in both the retail and financial services industries.

Jaclyn Hogan
Director of Business Development
Jaclyn Hogan joined the CubeSmart team in 2007. She has worked in several departmental roles within the company including Marketing, Network Program Operations, and Third Party Management. Jaclyn brings a decade of experience in the Real Estate sector to her role as Business Development Manager, in which she develops and maintains long-term business relationships and successful partnerships.

Eric Shea
Business Development Manager
Eric Joined the CubeSmart Third Party Management team in August 2019. He is a 2015 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. He brings several years of sales and management experience in the automotive aftermarket and software field, and flourishes in customer-facing roles in which he gets to be both analytical and personal.

Stephanie Rodriguez
Director of Store Transitions
Stephanie joined the CubeSmart team in May of 2016 with extensive multi-unit management experience in storage and residential real-estate in both the New York City and New England markets. Stephanie has worked in self-storage for over a decade and spent four years as a District Manager with CubeSmart in the Greater Boston area. The experience she garnered while in the field has allowed her to offer professional guidance to both internal and external customers to ensure seamless store transitions on to our Third Party Management platform.
