Inside Self-Storage’s 2015 Best of Business reader-choice poll, an annual campaign that solicits “Best of Business” votes from self-storage industry professionals, has honored CubeSmart with the Best Call-Center Services award. This is the second time CubeSmart has been recognized for Best Call-Center Services by ISS readers – the first being in 2013. CubeSmart was also recognized in 2014 and 2012 by ISS readers in the Best Customer Service category.
Many of our Customers’ first experience with CubeSmart is over the phone with our storage reservation agents. The Inside Self-Storage “Best of Business” reader-choice poll, launched in 2011, solicits online votes from industry professionals who elect their favorite suppliers in approximately 30 categories. Awards include Best Builder, Best Management Software, Most Innovative Product and Best Customer Service among many others. Winners are honored through profile pages in ISS magazine as well as during a special ceremony at the Inside Self-Storage World Expo in Las Vegas. The results are published online year-round for ISS readers to access.
