For the fourth year in a row, the Stevie Awards® for Sales and Customer Service have honored CubeSmart with the top award for Customer Service Department of the Year and Contact Center of the Year! Thanks to our amazing Customers, CubeSmart was also voted the 2016 People’s Choice Stevie® Award for Favorite Customer Service for the second year in a row in our category.Two Silver Stevie® Awards in the Customer Service Department of the Year and Contact Center of the Year categories in the tenth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service made their way home to CubeSmart in March.
Since 2013, CubeSmart has received a total of 9 Gold or Silver Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service in four categories.
Over 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, and more than 60 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging earlier this month.
