Grand Opening: Net Zero Energy Self-Storage in Austin, Texas

Austin-Net-Zero-Self-Storage
CubeSmart will officially celebrate the newest addition to its Austin self-storage portfolio with the grand opening of its East Ben White Boulevard location on Saturday, April 9, 2016. The 77,000-square-foot facility is unlike any other property that CubeSmart owns or manages because it makes more solar energy than it uses. It is the very first "net zero" commercial building in Austin, Texas. This new state-of-the-art facility allows CubeSmart to serve environmentally-conscious Austin customers with a convenient location that is easily accessible to most Downtown and South and East Austin residents. It is just a ten-minute drive from the South Lamar, South Congress, and Downtown Austin neighborhoods.

The grand opening event is open to the public with plenty of free BBQ to enjoy and the musical stylings of Austin Music Hall of Famer Dale Watson and the Lone Stars. Mark your calendar with the details:
