Kurt Patterson of Coppell started off mowing lawns in high school. What started as an after-school job to make a little bit of money has gradually grown into a full-time business in the Dallas area. Thanks to word of mouth and excellent service, Beautiful Exteriors has blossomed.
Kurt knows the amount of work it takes to grow a business. He puts in the time and effort to do an excellent job with his customers. After taking some time off to attend college, he came back to nurture his landscape business into more than just mowing a few lawns.
Today Kurt has four employees that work for him in the area. His service includes everything from regular lawn maintenance to hedge trimming, mulch installs, stone borders, tree trimming, and planting just about anything that grows. He considers himself a full-service lawn and landscaping guy that wants you to be amazed as a client.
As his business started growing, so did his supplies and equipment. “I first needed a parking spot for my trailers,” said Kurt. “Eventually, I grew to need three larger storage units and two parking spots.” CubeSmart is where he found it.
Kurt has been a customer at the 501 Highway 121 Bypass CubeSmart in Lewisville for some time now and continues to be a well-known and loved customer.
“Oh, I’m around here quite often,” says Kurt. “We serve this area a lot and depending on what customers are needing, I’m by here picking up equipment or trailers to service. This time of year we start to get really busy, as everyone wants really nice lawns and outdoor areas for the spring and summer.”
You can tell Kurt takes pride in his work and ownership. The meticulousness can be seen in the way he keeps his storage area organized, with all the landscaping tools needed to run his business. He knows precisely where all his tools are and keeps them in tip-top shape, so he is 100% ready for the next day.
