Bob Whilhite believes in service with a smile. Being in the valet and parking business in the Dallas area for the last 14 years, Bob knows all about the value of service and the importance of customer service. He created a life in the service industry and wouldn’t have it any other way.
After graduating from SMU and loving the Dallas area, Bob decided to stay and look for work. The Texas oil and gas business is where Bob began after college, but the valet and parking business is where he ended up.
“I love being outside. That’s been my favorite part of the valet business.”
Bob is a long time customer at the CubeSmart storage in Dallas at 2711 Cedar Springs Road. He needed storage space himself for furniture and family objects.
“It’s been such a convenient location,” Bob said. “It’s right between work and my house.” But what Bob likes the most at this Dallas storage is the CubeSmart staff.
“These people are great,” he says. “You can’t put a price on the level of service,” says Bob. “In fact, I spoke so highly of them to my valet service, they began using CubeSmart as well!”
The valet company Bob works for now uses CubeSmart storage themselves. They have storage units to store cones, signs, lights, containers, and boxes that Bob comes by to pick up and restore several times a week.
Being in the valet and parking business keeps Bob busy during nights, especially on weekends. “This area is extremely busy. In fact, I have to get ready for tonight. It’s a Saturday night, it will definitely be a long night ahead of me!”
Bob says he will continue to be a customer at CubeSmart as long as it’s necessary. “The people here are the best. And with this great location, it makes it so easy for me to come and go weekly.”
