“Very friendly, professional and helpful. All my questions were clearly answered. I was amazed how quick the registration process was. Storage units are clean and appealing, security cameras and coded entry. A safe feeling that your belongings are in a secure environment. Patricia”

“Definitely a better experience in every area than with U-haul. Customer Service was super friendly and very thorough.”

“Helpful caring people. Sounds strange to say that about storage unit business…but it’s totally true…husband passed suddenly in the middle of our move to the area…they were there to help with a place to put my “stuff” until I was emotionally ready to deal with it. They worked their magic to get me the lowest rate for the largest unit they had available. They are the best in the area.”

“Both my initial contact/signing up with CubeSmart 6 months ago, and the subsequent time that I dealt with the office staff, were outstanding. They were customer focused, responsive, and friendly. Well done! Bob K.”

“My first experience at CubeSmart was out of this world! It was starting to heat up in the late morning, very typical of the weather in Famously Hot Columbia SC. The automatic doors parted ways as it sensed my approach and I was greeted by the climate controlled breeze courtesy of the extremely efficient air conditioning system. It felt like a generous 65 degree thermostat setting if I’m not mistaken. The waiting room was cleaner than my grandmother’s kitchen and smelled of freshly brewed coffee and chrysanthemums. Diana Kelly, the receptionist, and my official ambassador to all things Cube and Smart patiently walked me through each step of the way with the gentleness you show a child who has just taken the training wheels off their bicycle. The state of the art facility plus her Eastern European accent made me feel like secret agent Double O Negro. After working up an appetite from moving furniture. I went to a Hardee’s restaurant in walking distance and treated myself to a $5 Big Bag with a Strawberry Fanta, no ice. It was a wonderful experience and i highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking to store items. The facility was so nice and comfortable that i asked Diana Kelly if i would be able to sleep in my storage cube if times got hard. Sorry to all potential customers but the answer is no…no you cannot sleep in your storage cube. Store your items here today, meet Diana Kelly, and treat yourself to a courtesy cup of coffee and a $5 Big Bag from Hardee’s. Sincerely, Marcum Core”

Getting Street Smart: CubeSmart Self-Storage Facility in Patchogue, New York

Along the south shore of Long Island, the village of Patchogue, New York is a fun, family-oriented community known for summer festivals and fishing. It is also home to CubeSmart Self-Storage on Waverly Avenue. Get to know the neighborhood and how you can save money by renting a cheap storage unit instead of a bigger apartment.
“Less than ten minutes from our Patchogue store, extra storage space in an apartment costs far more than renting a self-storage unit. At Village Green off Hewlett Avenue, a 1-bedroom apartment rental starts at $2,157 for 724 square feet, while a 2-bedroom starts at $2,475 for 964 square feet. For that one extra bedroom in an apartment in the same building, you’ll pay an additional $318 every month. If you are looking for an extra bedroom as a means of storage and not a for a roommate, you could save $133 a month by renting a 10×10 storage unit at our Waverly Avenue CubeSmart.”
